Our antique home is a feast for the eyes. A continental breakfast is served each morning. Experience Cape Cod and enjoy it like a local. We have two friendly indoor cats, Ravi and Luna. Our gardens entice you to relax. On arrival, we'll offer you tea or wine and discuss your plans. We're on the main road, busy in summer, and 5 mins. to National Seashore headquarters & Coast Guard beach, #6 this year of best U.S. beaches. We've lived here for 26 years, know the Cape well and will recommend lots.
“Jo Leal and John are the most wonderful hosts. This was our first trip to the Cape and they helped us plan our time with helpful tips and a lot of written material they have meticulously compiled. Jo Leal and John are warm, friendly people and art connoisseurs. The paintings all around the home were so refreshing and added to the joy of our stay. John made the most amazing tea and Jo Leal served us home made bread and a signature dish that she created for breakfast. We had a great time chatting with them and getting a quick peek into the local history about which they both know so much! We highly recommend staying at any of their listings (they showed the second one to us and it is gorgeous!!).”
Hello to all of my future guests. I want to wish you all well and safety in these uncertain times. I can assure you that this property is safe, private, spotless and affords you access to a beautiful private beach. I have updated the apartment to include a microwave and two kayaks. We are implicating extra sanitizing and cleaning measures to ensure the apartment is clean and safe for each guest! Please stay safe, optimistic, and let me know of any concerns. Sincerely, Patty
“The perfect place for a getaway weekend - you have the option of escaping the crowds and enjoying the private beach, or making day trips to Provincetown and Chatham. Patty was very thoughtful and had beach towels, beach chairs, cooler bag, etc ready for you to borrow. Her Airbnb is located in a very private/secluded location that is very safe. Don’t hesitate to book!”
The cottage is very clean, cute and comfortable and has every thing you might need. Situated in a quiet, friendly little neighborhood, right next to the famous Cottage Street Bakery, yet you would never know you are so close to town! It is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bike path. 3 miles to all beaches. Perfect location!
“Kathie’s cottage is just gorgeous. Bigger than we expected but just as lovely, it is well equipped and what a location! Kathie is a fabulous host, so helpful and responsive. She gave us loads of tips about local restaurants and beaches. There is such a lot of variety within walking distance. We had takeout from Bangkok Thai, dinner in the Yardarm and went to Cookes for a fish dinner. It looks like a fast food restaurant but the food is great. On our last night we pushed the boat out and went to Mahoneys which was really good. We had breakfast at the bakery next door and at Home Port restaurant up Main St. both great. Loads of lovely places an easy drive away. We particularly loved Provincetown and had a fabulous day on Race Point beach where we saw whales and seals and a gorgeous sunset. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend.”
