We had an incredible stay! Very accommodating and welcoming space. Right in the thick of downtown and close to pretty much everything in Provincetown, very central. Just keep in mind the bedroom is in a loft, so you have to be able to climb steep stairs to get to the bed. Also if you’re taller than 5 foot expect to hit your head on the beams a few times. Solid deal for a great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Choo’s beautiful home in Yarmouth, MA. The house is thoughtfully decorated with charming beach townhouse elements throughout, giving it a warm and relaxing vibe. We were a group of nine adults and three kids, gathered to celebrate a baby shower for one of our close friends. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The highlight for us was the gorgeous sunroom where we hosted the celebration; it was the perfect spot filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere. Mr. Choo was a fantastic host, very responsive and responsible, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious getaway on the Cape!

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

Scott (NHMT Rentals Team) was a great host. Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy. The house and location were peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Scott as a host and would be happy to stay at his place again in the future.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Anika's place was perfect! It was beautiful and clean and had all the space we needed. Anika was also extremely responsive and helpful.

The Compass Rose Cottage is a great choice for a cozy getaway!

The cottage is conveniently located and the decor was cute and cozy, very clean and tidy. Elizabeth was very responsive and friendly. it was perfect for our stay visiting family for the holidays.

My friends and I stay at Maureen’s cottage every February for a winter stitching getaway. The house is perfect for the 3 of us. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living room is spacious. We love the kitchen and dining table. We set up our stitching gear and stitch the days away until it’s time to say goodbye. There are so many great restaurant choices close by. We highly recommend the Keltic Kitchen a short distance away on rte 28. Perfect breakfast place. We also tried for the first time a very small Thai restaurant, Bangkok Kitchen. The food was delicious and very nice people. Back to Maureen’s Beach Glass Cottage…just a perfect place to stay. The amenity list does not even begin to cover what they have available. It’s the perfect getaway home in my opinion. The one floor living is great for us with 1 of us having mobility issues. We cannot wait to come back. Thank You!

House is small but well-organized and nicely decorated. Appreciated the electric tea kettle and Keurig. Tub and shower was one of the nicest we've seen in a rental. It was a short drive to the beach and good eating places. Glad we could bring our dog.

What else is there to say except....PERFECTION! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kim and Dave's lovely rental and we can't wait to go back again. They have thought of everything and it is a perfect location to relax while on vacation.

We had an amazing stay. Winter on the island is so different but still a magical place. We made a fire and just hung out while it snowed and had a fabulous Valentine’s Day. Marilyn is an awesome host - responsive, clear, and caring. One of the best stays we’ve had.

We stayed at the Hillside Cottage for 6 nights—our third year there. The location is perfect, the cottage is beautifully appointed, and it is always immaculately clean. Jeff, the host, is great with communication and easily available if there are any questions. We hated to leave and are already looking forward to returning next year!

What a great find! Very clean and comfy. Great deck in back. We enjoyed our morning coffee w/the peaceful view and sea birds. Wonderful host. 5 stars is not enough. Also, very accessible to Uber. Perfect weekend!

Renee’s house is absolutely perfect! It is directly on a beautiful private beach, and is close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the Dennis area. The house is equipped with anything you would need for a stay on the water: kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, a water mat, outdoor showers, extra towels and a fire pit on a well-decorated finished patio. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during the first Nor’Easter of the season and were not able to use these, but rest assured we still had a GREAT stay. The house itself is immaculate: spotless and stylish, brand new appliances, spacious enough for a 6 adult family and all in all a great place to spend a cozy weekend inside. Given we could not sit at the beach, we leveraged Renee’s plentiful local recommendations and they were fantastic- we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a getaway on the water, you will love her place regardless of the weather. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family!

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

The stay was everything expected and then some. The beach was amazing and convenient. The house was what was promised and then some.

Tracy’s house was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Cape Cod. The house was perfectly located to discover the region, also close to some restaurants and shops. In addition, the internet connection was very efficient, we experienced absolutely no problem working remotely.

It had everything we were looking for during our time at the Cape. It was clean with a lovely seaside theme, peaceful, spacious airy feel, outdoor patio, and fire pit we enjoyed. The location made it accessible to beaches, restaurants, and shops. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Becca was very responsive and friendly. We hope to come back again. Thank you for opening up your home for us to enjoy!

The house was very nice and very clean. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and responsive to any need or concern we had, no matter how small. I especially appreciated some of the little things, like having lots of extra pillows and blankets to make sure all different types of sleepers would be comfortable. My only complaint is that this house and its location aren't really child friendly in two specific ways. 1. The house is smaller than expected and there isnt any separation between the rooms, outside of the doors to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms both open right into the living room, which is open to the kitchen/dining area, which leads right into the 3rd bedroom area (there is no door, just an open doorway). There isn't really a way to keep light and sound from the living room or kitchen out of the 3rd bedroom. 2. While the beach is very close, the road to walk there has no sidewalk and is quite narrow (and dark at night).
