Monthly Rentals in Orinda

Masha's place is beautiful and comfortable. We were impressed with how quiet our stay was there. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. We'll want to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Our second stay at Fred’s place. Well maintained and squeaky clean. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful large bathroom with heated floor and heated toilet seat. A few minutes drive from Orinda Village with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Extremely responsive host. Hope to return in future.

I had a peaceful, restful stay at Tracy's cottage in Orinda. The cottage itself is cozy and friendly-feeling, and the garden and surrounding trees are absolutely beautiful. A very convenient spot - ultra-quiet, but close to downtown Orinda. Tracy was a warm, welcoming, and responsive host. The weather was rainy during much of my stay (in late January) so I've resolved to come back someday and enjoy the place when it's hotter and sunnier.

We stayed at Stephanie's place for a couple of days with our little ones. She was so kind to accommodate and let us check in earlier, and when we arrived she had a special surprise for our kids. It was so sweet of her! We were also please to find many treats to welcome us and make our stay comfortable. We loved spending time in the house. It was quite and had all the amenities you can think of and even more. The garden was accessible whenever we felt like spending a bit of time outside with the kids. We definately recommend this place as you have the quite and comfort of the suburb and the proximity of the city either Oalkland or San Francisco. Thank you Stephanie for making our stay memorable!!
