Kyle & Jamie were very welcoming and proactive about any needs. The place was very cozy and clean. It had anything I needed and even things I didn’t expect that were super helpful! We were looking for a relaxing place within close proximity of things to do and it was perfect.

Lovely place! A lot of things within walking distance but it was just as easy to hang out there all day. The water heater is pretty slow in the winter, but the furnace by contrast is pretty fast, so if/when you need to crack the window open for air you won't freeze in the process. A curtain over the bathroom doorway would have been great, but as long as you're comfortable with whom you're staying it shouldn't be a big deal. And that overhead shower was fantastic. Also there was a little desk in front of the couch that's not in the photos, that was nice to have.

I stayed for a month. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was easy to check into. Theres a walkway around the house to get in. I love that there was a full kitchen, it seems few places have that. The furniture was comfortable as well. My favorite thing about this place is the location, its 3 minutes from the freeway, so very easy to get around the area. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a basement. So there will be some upstairs noise. Theyll let you know that before you book tho. It wasn't an issue for me, just something to be aware of. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and would book again if I'm back in the area.
