This place was perfect for a weekend getaway at the coast! It had everything we needed. Mary was very responsive and had great suggestions listed in the instructions in the unit.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to sleep in a vintage train car without sacrificing Wi-Fi or hot showers, this is your golden ticket. Nestled among a sea of perfectly coiffed Christmas trees (seriously, these pines could model for holiday cards), the Cozy Caboose is equal parts rustic charm and clever repurposing genius. The hosts, Sherie and Brad, clearly put their hearts into this place. Inside, it’s surprisingly spacious. Warm wood paneling, a super comfy bed, snuggly throw blankets, and just enough room to make you feel cozy but not claustrophobic. The seating area and desk are perfectly set up for morning coffee or pretending you’re working remotely while actually just watching squirrels. Five stars, zero complaints, and a caboose-load of happy memories. Would stay again—next time, I’m bringing a conductor’s hat.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed Ruthanne's place! It's private and peaceful. Even staying in late November it was warm enough with all the blankets, heater, and there was even a heated blanket which my girlfriend loved. Ruthanne was pleasant to deal with and the place was immaculately clean even with our high standards. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

What an amazing find! This cabin met and exceeded every expectation we had! My fiancé can be a little picky with cleanliness and he had zero issues with this spot! Well done! The sliding doors open up all the way to allow the sounds of the McKenzie River in, which was amazing, we slept like babies! There is some road noise but it honestly didn’t bother us at all! My fiancé and I are avid hikers and the location was incredible! We kayaked at clear lake, plunged into the Tamolitch blue pool, hiked around the Koosah and Sahalie falls and dipped into the Terwilliger hot springs and boy did it not disappoint! Thank you for making our first trip to Oregon a memorable one!
