The place was as advertised, and the host was very responsive throughout the lead up to our stay and during the stay.

Great place to stay, quite area, proactive host. I really liked they had a drawer of odds and ends where other guests could leave things for each other to use. The lighting and temperature was great, space was plenty and the kitchen set up was perfect!

What a great place! The loft had everything I needed to make a work trip feel like home. Great location with easy parking & a very comfy bed! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

My grandsons and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to walk to eat. Parking was great and the retro look had its own charm taking me back to my younger days. The area was quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. Sam G

What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

David was very responsive and able to accommodate some special requests for us. When we told him of a minor issue or had some questions that needed clarification, he was prompt and solution oriented.

We stay at Airbnbs often, so when I say this property is outstanding, it really means something. This darling guest house is on a beautiful ranch with stunning views and room to wander. It's so well appointed with fun extras like a fire table (with skewers to make s'mores!), yummy flavored syrups for your morning coffee, cozy blankets and pillows, a spectacular shower (we already miss it! ) :)...and extremely responsive and friendly hosts. The unit is attached (though separate) to the main house, but still very private. The front porch adds a whole other "room". Don't hesitate to book with Jo Dee if you need a place to stay in Fruita (an adorable Western Slope town!) or you'll really miss out. Thank you!

Ruth’s home was very nice. Super clean. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The mattresses were very comfortable. The home is updated. The towels were very soft. O appreciate that! It was a very quiet area, just outside the city. About 4 miles south from I-70. A convenient place to stay the night on our road trip. There are lots of restaurant within 3-5 miles west and north. We didn’t have time to enjoy the outside patio area, and it’s a nice place to sit outside. There was a tailgating style gas grill available.

This house is right in town and close to everything. We enjoyed the back patio area to read and hang out. The trees made it nice! We enjoyed the old style house and our family of 5 had a great time!

Loved this place! Nice decor & furnishings in a very cool neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 4 & 2 dogs. Ryan was an awesome host! ❤️

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

This was an amazing place to stay with great views and lots of room to roam around both inside and out.

Very clean, quiet home. The 4 bedrooms fit our family sleeping arrangements perfectly. During the hot days the central air made the house very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and exactly as described. You can tell the host has put a lot of care into maintaining the space—everything felt fresh and well-kept. It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back!

There were some issues with AC they had just upgraded but they were on top of it and very communicative to fix and get it right. We saw a lot of the hosts, had some great conversations, and they did all they could to make it up to us. The only minor issue was the curtains in all the rooms were not room darkening causing my small daughter to wake up early. But that gave us more time for fun in Grand Junction.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay while in GJ for a tattoo. Fantastic place that was modern and had everything you could possibly need. I couldn’t have asked for a better home base, and I’ll definitely be back for future trips.
