Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Marco is very friendly, flexible and accommodating, showing and explaining everything in the apartment. Everything described in the advertisement is there, only the mosquito nets not. ;) But a well-functioning air conditioner, a clean washing machine, wifi, fire extinguisher, etc.. really everything else is there. We stayed with our dog in the accommodation, the quiet environment is very suitable for this. (Unfortunately, there was no equipment for garbage separation.) The photos correspond to the decor on the property. Overall, we were very happy with the place and our host! Thank you!

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the amenities and we had a great time. Great location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely house. It was a great place to stay for a group of 3 families as it had spacious 3 bedrooms each with its own bathrooms. Everything about the house was great. When we had an issue with the AC, Francesco addressed it right away. Definitely a great choice to stay for exploring Bologna.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... The place was much bigger inside than the photos show. It was spacious and had everything we needed. There is a double bed in one room with an on suite bathroom. There is also a single bed next to another bathroom. This room did smell a bit damp but I think these old buildings are like this sometimes. The place was really clean with the most amazing view! We all loved it so much ❤️

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a work retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and the common spaces - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Vittoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

Fantastic stay in Pizzicalaluna! We spent two days in this magical place with our 7-month-old baby before returning to Milan. Giulia, Elisabetta and all the staff make us feel truly at home and filled with attention and cuddles. The mini apartment ‘Flore d 'angelo’ is equipped with everything you need and the ideal pool to cool off. Good breakfast and it is highly recommended to book a lunch or dinner, the organic products from their garden are to be tasted! Thanks again for the great experience.

We stayed in apartment no 8 and it is a nice little apartment with everything you need, in the room and in the bedroom there. Air conditioning and in the bedroom also a fan. In front of the windows and the door is mesh so you can leave everything open and no mosquitoes come in. The reception was friendly and we always got answers to all our questions quickly. In short, we found it a super nice stay!! I would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay in the countryside

Perfect place to stay in Bologna! The apartment is right in the city center fantastic location, everything is within walking distance! Modern, clean, and stylish, with a jacuzzi that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The host was very helpful, and communication was smooth. Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. A truly wonderful place with a very original style, surrounded by beautiful vineyards! The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. I visited in the off-season, but I can only imagine how magical this place must be in August or September—ideal for a weekend escape! Highly recommended!

I had a great time in this apartment, Callum was super hospitable and the house turned out to be bigger than I thought and in perfect order and cleanliness. To get to the center you have to walk about ten minutes but the area is beautiful Thanks to the park right in front and a very large supermarket downstairs. We'll be back!!

I think the best experience on Airbnb so far. The apartment, in addition to perfectly matching the description provided by the hosts, is well cared for in every detail and is equipped with all the comforts, really as if you were at home. Impeccable cleanliness, fragrant linens and rooms, central (but quiet) location for moving around quietly on foot, as well as easily accessible from the station by bus. Last but not least, the Host, who was immediately super kind and responsive, helpful and flexible in meeting my needs. I will definitely know where to stay on my next trip to Bologna!

We loved staying at Elena's apartment in the heart of Bologna. So much to see and do right on our doorstep. Elena met us to show us in and around the apartment. She had created an amazing list of great restaurants and bars that were not in our guide book. We loved that there were almost no tourists at these venues – it felt like an authentic recommendation. The apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. It wasn't that hot, but there was air con for when it is. There are a lot of stairs (it's a top floor apartment), so this might not suit you if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, we would really recommend this place for a short stay in Bologna. Only 15 minutes from the railway station, supermarket at the end of the road and countless bars, cafes and restaurants within metres of the front door. Elena also stays next door, so if you needed anything, she was at hand.
