There was a slight delay during check-in due to some miscommunication and the incorrect location shown on the map, so I’d recommend searching for the place directly on Google Maps for smoother navigation. The pathway leading to the property is quite steep and narrow, but once you reach, the view makes it totally worth it. Overall, a lovely, well-maintained stay in a serene environment. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Arun’s place for a special occasion. The place was super clean and modern amidst the beauty of the nature. Very well thought amenities were ready when we checked in. Anil, who manages the property is on top of his hospitality game. He is a call away to guide or meet your needs. The breakfast is yummy and was very palatable to the vegetarian tastebuds. Anil guides you to the places of visit and even shares places to avoid with senior parents. Anil and Arun went above and beyond to make the special occasion memorable by presenting a customised memento. Overall, this is a must stay and is close to places of interest and towns.

Our stay at the property was exceptional. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Kumar's courtesy in waiting to welcome us despite our delayed arrival. During our stay in the first week of January 2025, everything was exactly as described. The host and his assistant, Vijay, were both wonderful and welcoming. The property is located 1.6 kilometers from the main road and is close to the well-known milk producer in the area. The rooms were clean, neat, and equipped with all the essentials, including toothpaste and soap. Every morning, Vijay prepared a delicious breakfast, and his friendly, humble, and helpful nature made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for, and they were attentive to our needs. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We did experience a couple of minor issues with hot water and drainage in Room #2, but these were addressed promptly. I’m confident that these concerns will be permanently resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place. One friendly advice to host: Send message to host with the landmark.

House keepers were incredible, chill. Food cooked was amazing and affordable. WiFi worked 80% of time, but I think it’s an issue across multiple cities in the nilgiris, not specific to this Airbnb. We saw a jungle cat from our window. Views around the property were great for the area. Front lawn was great.

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

The stay is awesome for a complete getaway from city hustle. Lush green forest surroundings and extremely supportive host (Mr. Jishnu and his wife). They were so humble and helpful during our stay. We loved the place and enjoyed alot.

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)
