This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. And an added bonus — Zomato delivers here too, which was super convenient and gave us even more food options to enjoy! All in all, it was the best time I’ve spent in a while. We had an memorable stay at this beautiful home. Very well maintained home and surroundings. Only concern was the approach road, which was too steep and single lane. kitchen felicility could be improved.

Fantastic. Marvellous. Mind blowing. We stayed with Bala, Mini for 2 days and they made our trip truly magical! Right from the time I booked, the communication was super smooth. The moment we checked into the beautiful home and met our hosts we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality. We have stayed in Airbnb's across US , Europe and Asia, and I have to say that staying with Bala and Mini was one of our best Airbnb experiences. Their home is ultra luxurious, calm, serene and has mind boggling scenic views of the beautiful mountains and the vast green expanse from all sides. Their home cooked meals are extremely delicious and served with love and generosity. We used to look forward to our meals here! Bala's mother also stays with them, and meeting her was our great fortune as she is a very inspiring lady and served us food lovingly. Mini's food is the best food we had on our trip to south India. Bala and Mini were kind enough to take us to their local temple and introduce us to the priest and also accompany us to the local bazaar for the things we wanted to buy. Actually me and my family are at a loss of words to completely express the joy we felt during our stay with Bala, Mini and amma. We have learnt from them on how to be hospitable to guests. A 5 star experience that I highly recommend! A trip to Kerala just to stay with this amazing family and experience their hospitality and culture will be worhtwhile. Thank you Bala, Mini and Amma. Great stay, clean rooms , excellent views from room.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and each with balconies and bay windows. Care taker was very helpful. We took an evening walk through the tea plantation and saw bison gracing in the valley. There is also beautiful viewpoint just 400mtr from this place. We would have enjoyed the balconies if it wasnt raining. Very much recommend this place

We stayed at Arun’s place for a special occasion. The place was super clean and modern amidst the beauty of the nature. Very well thought amenities were ready when we checked in. Anil, who manages the property is on top of his hospitality game. He is a call away to guide or meet your needs. The breakfast is yummy and was very palatable to the vegetarian tastebuds. Anil guides you to the places of visit and even shares places to avoid with senior parents. Anil and Arun went above and beyond to make the special occasion memorable by presenting a customised memento. Overall, this is a must stay and is close to places of interest and towns.

Our family had the most wonderful experience at this home stay. The beautiful location amidst tea plantations was just breathtaking. The cherry on the cake was the Nilgiris toy train which we could see from the window every time it chugged and passed by. My 4 year old daughter had the most wonderful time in this house. The food was really very very tasty. The property was clean and hygienic only the daily cleanliness could have been a little better. But overall it was good value for money and definitely worth staying here.

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

We were looking for a BnB at Kothagiri and found this property which was located at a stone's throw from Kothagiri town and yet, was exclusive and private. Jyothsna and Gautam were incredibly gracious hosts who were responsive and friendly. While there is a fully equipped and functioning kitchen, Swiggy and Zomato food delivery is also available to facilitate easier planning for food and other things. The surrounding tea estate and factory added to the uniqueness of this charming home where we made wonderful memories with the family. would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban living!
