Clean bathrooms, Private Pool, Kitchen which had everything, Clean Bedrooms, Clean Furniture, Private Terrace. All the restaurant nearby, All the beaches Nearby, What else do we need? James was super responsive. Will definitely visit again.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It was a very comfortable villa and was short of nothing necessary. Caretaker was always a call away. Clean rooms and bathrooms. It is a recommendable stay!

We loved our stay in this place because of the amenities provided and the host was so friendly and interactive. The place was so clean and private. It is a best place to visit if we travel to Kottayam.

The location itself is beautifull, if you are there with family for a weekend or 3 to 5 days, you don't need to travel elsewhere if your idea is to relax. Plenty of good restaurants around. The house was spotless and squeaky clean. The cleaning staff were great too. Basappa is such a fab host, always responsive and helpful. He gave some great recommendations be it taxi, car rental , restaurants or pediatrician (which i unfortunately needed). it do intend to book a bigger villa in this location for a larger group. Thank you Bassapa and team, you made our stay great.

It is a great place to stay. feels like a home

This is the second time I booked Srilatha’s place and this is my home away from home for all my future India trips. Can’t be more happier with the hospitality and awesome maintenance of the place.

My special thanks to Basha Sir, I haven’t seen such a wonderful person. He rendered help selflessly for my family. We reached really late and he guided us all the way till we reached home. Basha Sir, is just a phone all away from whatever you need. Overall stay was really overwhelming and all amenities were very nicely maintained. I would definitely recommend to visit this property.

Aman’s Place was absolutely beautiful and pristine, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the thoughtfully designed interiors that made the stay truly comfortable. Although the location was a bit far for us, as we were traveling from Delhi, the experience was well worth the journey. The peaceful surroundings and serene ambiance provided the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was a refreshing retreat, offering tranquility and comfort in equal measure. The host was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any queries, ensuring that our stay was smooth and hassle-free. Their hospitality and prompt communication made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Overall, Aman’s Place is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in.

The place was very peaceful, clean and spacious. The photos are accurate. We really liked the neighbourhood which was quiet with no disturbances at night unlike Hauz Khas Village which can be very noisy. The caretaker Amar Patra and his assistant Amit were always there to help whenever called and helped us with the luggage since there is no lift. They also ensured that the place was cleaned during our stay. However, it will be nice to have some seating arrangements in the balcony which is very spacious. The dining table is only a two seater which is small for a two bedroom flat. Similarly, unless you’re using both the rooms, it may not be economical. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this place and would stay again.

We stayed at Awa riverside for a month. It was a memorable experience for us. The place is located in the lap of dhauladhaar with green fields and awa river nearby. The village is very peaceful and the people are friendly. You can get day to day stuff from rakkar which is a short walk from the place. Nearby places like dharamshala, bir, baijnath are accessible by car. The house is equipped with all the things you need. Uncle ji and Aunty ji were very supportive and helpful. Overall our stay was very comfortable and relaxing, would certainly recommend to others.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this place. The caretaker attended to our needs and even though we were a large group, he helped us in any issues we had faced. All the required items like cutlery, plates, etc has been labelled and stored in an efficient manner which was very helpful for us. I would recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to stay here again the next time I visit.

A Beautiful Modern Home will all the amenities and facilities that you could think of. Great host who is very proactive and concern about the guest well being and comfort.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Best stay ever... Felt right at home and everything was taken care of pre-check in. They have thought even small beautiful things like a message board with local recommendations and welcome message. Very helpful in recommendations and we even forgot some of our stuff back there which they were very considerate to courier us to our home. Best thing is everything you want to explore in Pondicherry is walkable from here, we felt really happy to be staying right in the middle of french colony. Beaches, restaurants, cafe, lounges, everything is just a 5 min walk. I will visit here again for sure.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s bungalow. The locality is green and peaceful. The house is spacious, well lit with lots of thoughtful touches. Joanna, Pallavi and team were super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Ismail who dropped us to a restaurant when an auto cancelled on us. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay in mangalore.

Nice stay. Hasan is a very good host as he responds to every query you ask for. Place is little isolated but markets are nearby and positive thing is you have zomato and swiggy delivery available.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the Shaun's kindness and willingness to help. He went above and beyond by connecting me with a reliable driver, which made getting around so much easier. His communication was quick and helpful throughout my stay. Kids would love the balcony 😉!I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!!

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.
