The pictures don't do justice to the place. 24/7 availability of Jayachandra, he's ready to do any task, buy groceries/ vegetables/ stuff, directing/taking you to places you need to go, provided me with his Sim card to use. Amit comes at daytime and they both clean the apt., he's also cooperative. Would rate 10/10 on all : Location/House/ Staff/ Security/Comfort / Accessibility Would definitely return and recommend.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and peaceful accommodation for family or friends. Thank you once again, Amruth!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

Yash met us and helped with all our requests. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. The accommodation is located in a pine forest. When the weather is clear, you can admire the snow-capped Himalayan peaks right from the bedroom. We also appreciated the tranquility and serenity of the place, although the main attractions were within walking distance. My friends and I visited Naggar in late December. The weather was cold, however, the hosts provided us with heaters. I enjoyed staying at Yash's place and highly recommend him as a host.

Beautiful vintage house, we were here for a night but the whole experience was seamless from check in to checkout. The staff at the property are very courteous and food was delicious.

What a lovely stay in the tranquil canals of the backwaters. While different from many other air bnb's we've stayed in (there is no private kitchen, for example), Praveen and his family's upstairs space is a nest of comfort! With two large rooms, each with separate bathroom, and a large common area, it is a half in and half out living space with a beautiful vista over the canal. Papa is an unbelievably generous and skilled cook, who delighted our tastebuds with "Kerela specials" and made our kids favorite requests (coconut pancakes!). He even made us some lemon and mango pickle for the road! Praveen's mother is a sweet kind presence, too. And not enough good words can be said about Praveen as host. Willing and generous with time, his network of connections allowed us to experience and enjoy all that this region has to offer...from kayaking to sunrise boating to errands in Allapy city--Praveen helped with every one of these with grace and humor. Thank you all!!

Leena is an amazing host. It’s one of those places where you’ll get the real Himalayan hospitality. We felt right at home, the food was simply amazing, might have gained a few while I was here. The staff, especially Chandan (since we only interacted with him) is extremely polite and helpful. The space is very cozy, and the views around the place are breathtakingly beautiful. I’ll definitely be back as soon I can.

Had lovely time with lovely host Rajeev ji. place was much more beautiful than the pictures. Great location, great view spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Kitchen had everything we required for our cooking. Rajeev Ji holds great knowledge of the local surroundings and helped us to make our trip more enjoyable. A must visit place and will be visiting the place again in blossom season as per Rajeev's recommendation.

Staff was polite, courteous and eager to help but, at the same time, kept their distance to allow you privacy. The photos accurately depicted the property which was really appreciated. The dogs and cats on the property enhanced our stay. The view from the garden and the secluded surroundings allowed us to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

They were always available to help, kept the house spotless, and made sure we felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of friends. I recently stayed at a this beautiful bungalow in Lonavala with my friends, and it was an amazing experience. The interiors were well-designed and soothing, creating a warm and relaxing ambiance throughout our stay. The swimming pool was well-maintained, making it perfect for both fun and relaxation. Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.
