The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

Exceptional Stay We had an unforgettable experience and breathtakingly beautiful luxury villa! From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. We highly recommend this place 🙂

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

Akshay was a wonderful host, right from the moment i contacted him first accomodating all my requests and even gladly helped me when i had to cut my stay short due to some unforseen circumstances. Akshay and his father were right there to help you with everything. The place is easily accessible by cabs and easy to reach from different places.

My family enjoyed our stay at Villa Euphoriaa! The house was clean and well maintained with activities for kids. Caretaker was very kind, helpful and willing to meet our requests. Gated neighborhood gave us peace of mind and privacy. Will reconsider for our next visit

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! Thank you for creating such a comfortable and beautiful home

The location was perfect, offering a peaceful ambiance while being conveniently close to key spots. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary refreshments and personalized service.

The villa is in a peaceful location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we could ask for. One of the standout features was the vehicle package offered by the villa, which was a great help in exploring the local area. The convenience of having vehicle available made it so easy to visit nearby attractions, and it really added to the enjoyment for me and my colleagues. The staff Mr Atul at Lux Villa were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. He made sure we had a great time during our visit. One of the highlights of Mr Atul was the delicious breakfast he prepared. The overall vibe of the property is comfort, making it ideal for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A special mention goes to Mr. Sagar, the owner of the villa. He was incredibly helpful.

Our stay at seven hills villa was very memorable and enjoyable. The villa is extremely peaceful, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a calm and beautiful neighbourhood and nature lovers will definitely enjoy this place. The caretaker was also very helpful and prompt. Mr. Bhupendra is a very good host and very communicative and helpful with every input you need as a guest. Most of all it is a t truly pet friendly villa in every sense of the term. My dog amigo had such a good time spending all his time in the huge lawn, nicely maintained and the nice pool. I’m thankful to Mr. Bhupendra for letting amigo use the pool. Very few hosts allow that kind of privilege and freedom for the dogs travelling along. I recommend seven hills to every person who’s looking for an enjoyable holiday at Udaipur much like the one we had. Hope to come there again someday.

The air bnb was really beautiful, clean and easy to find. It has anything you need, and if there is something you’re missing or that you need help with, there is always somebody to arrange it for you. I had an unplanned late check in, and there was still somebody at the air bnb to make sure I got in my room safely. Air conditioning was a little hard to manage, but working as it should. Thank you for the nice welcome to Goa!

I recently stayed at the Twilight Tree House hosted by Nonika, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The tree house itself is a charming and cozy retreat, nestled in nature with an incredible view that truly takes your breath away. Waking up to the serene surroundings was a highlight of the stay. Nonika was an excellent host, very welcoming and attentive to all our needs, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The highlight of the stay, however, was the food prepared by Rajesh. Each meal was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. It added such a special touch to the overall experience. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a stunning view, great hospitality, and amazing food, I highly recommend the Twilight Tree House. It’s the perfect escape into nature!

A stay I’ll cherish for years to come, for sure. We arrived a little late but still found Hukum, our host, and Bantu (the cook) waiting for us. They were incredibly welcoming, and by the end of our trip, they felt more like family to us. Our dog accompanied us, and he was undoubtedly very happy with the place. We stayed in an A-frame for our entire trip, and it was warm, cozy, and spacious enough for a family of four plus a pet. The property is jaw-dropping at first glance, and everything—from the switchboards to the lights—is thoughtfully placed. There are plenty of activities to participate in, depending on the season you visit. Their farm is vast and beautiful, and you can hike down to the river for a riverside breakfast, which can be arranged with Hukum. All the meals are freshly prepared to order and feel like home-cooked dishes. Thank you so much; we are definitely looking forward to our next visit.
