This 30ft home on wheels was built with heart and purpose, offering a quiet place to unwind while still being in the city. It’s a compact space with the basics you need for a short stay. This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

Right across the river from Downtown Louisville! Central location for Louisville and Southern Indiana events and activities. Welcome to the GreenHouse NA! This charming shotgun home from the 1920’s has been completely refurbished. It is located within 10 miles of major attractions in Louisville, and 1 mile from the many local restaurants and shops that downtown New Albany has to offer. Our home is pet friendly and family friendly! We hope our guests relax and enjoy our peaceful home!

Quiet Neighborhood Home With Outstanding Location

Situated on a quiet hilltop neighborhood in Clifton Heights, this is the perfect location for a professional or personal visit to Louisville and very animal friendly. It is within 10 minutes of Downtown, Waterfront Park, Nulu, Frankfort Avenue, the Highlands, the Convention Center, and just 15 minutes from historic Churchill Downs. These neighborhoods feature the best dining and entertainment in the city. Just a block away is the Mellwood Arts Center complex with shops and dining.

Private Prospect Flat

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

The Green House in Downtown

Newly renovated 1920s shotgun house in Downtown New albany. Perfect for those who want the convenience of being in the middle of it all, but still want an authentic and stylish oasis to relax in. Comes with all the amenities you would expect for a convenient stay including fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, off street parking, and self check-in. Walk or Bike your way to many local restaurants, shops, or take the byway to enjoy the scenic Ohio River.

Industrial Gaming House firepit

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

11 miles to Derby. Come enjoy our newly decorated house with a hot tub, gazebo outdoor fun area and lounge furniture and wood burning fire pit. The idea is to both indoor and outdoor give you a great experience that not everyone offers! We sleep 4 adults comfortably in our 1 KING size bedroom and 1 QUEEN size bedroom. We're located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully fenced in backyard and we're Pet Friendly with a fee!

Private, well-lit, entrance is in rear of home. The space is approx. 600sq. ft. There is a gas fireplace, 42" HD TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.
