Vacation rentals with a patio in Nerezine

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

As a family, Ivan's location was great. The location of the apartment is ideally located, so all our excursions were accessible by car in a manageable time. The well-kept garden and pool invited you to linger. Ivan is a very enjoyable host who can give you lots of tips for activities, beaches and restaurants. We were very comfortable with him and are considering coming back next year.

Was really great. The place was clean. Towels were regularly provided.

It was really great and for two people it is really sufficient. We were there for a week and we had everything we needed. Got a lot of recommendations & messages were always answered directly. It is modern and quietly furnished, small terrace, kitchen & bathroom. We found it perfect! Would we book again in the same way!

A great place to stay! Spacious, very clean, stylish and with a magnificent view. We felt very comfortable there and were able to take very nice excursions from there (Pula, Porec, Rovinj and what was on the way there). At our travel time in early April, the gastronomic possibilities in Rabac were very limited, in Labin (4 km away) there were more offers. The beach promenade of Rabac was very easy to reach on foot via some stairs and we liked to walk there again in the evening for a drink. Overall a relaxing and varied stay and we will be happy to come back!

3 minutes to the beach by foot. End of September Krk felt like a secret escape haha Not good for local business but great for taking a active vacation. I traveled almost the whole island on a bike. 5 out of 6 days the weather was even good enough to swim in the ocean as well. 20-21 °C water temp. There is a nice bicycle lane between Krk and Punat but if you want to reach Baska you have to use the (steep) road. The road to Stara Baska was blocked by a big cow so I couldn't check that out. Overall a great place to visit again.

We had a great time this week in Kornič, Marko was impeccable, attentive to our every need and always ready to respond to our requests! We found a relaxed and relaxing environment, clean and quiet with all the comforts we expected. Pleasant surprises were the welcome drinks, a bag of grapes 🍇 from the garden found on the door when returning from the beach (also very welcome by our little girl) and a souvenir that Marko left us when we left for home! The kind of attention that makes a difference! We will definitely recommend it, and if we return to Krk on vacation we will gladly return here!

Wonderful apartment on a Heaven on Earth that Silba is, and a lovely host.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

We had an incredibly nice week in the cottage. I'm really fussy (unfortunately), but I really had nothing to complain about here. Tihan was extremely nice, always responded super quickly and gave us great tips. We came on a holiday and he even helped us get the essentials, so nice! We really liked the remote location and discovered super beautiful coves. The house is very clean, the garden super cute and well maintained and there is everything you need. We are a small family with dog and really all loved it. Thanks to Tihan and Ivan :) We will be happy to come back! :)

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

We had a wonderful time in the house, the location is very quiet, the house very private. That has a beautiful outdoor area where we stayed most of the time. The communication with the owner as well as the agency was quick and always very polite. The house has everything you need

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

The place is fantastic, the apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is large, very well-stocked, even a dishwasher ! Two bathrooms are a big plus, plus a washer. Marija is a great host, we were greeted by a mountain of pancakes in the morning ❤️ Highly recommend !

An amazing place to stay with a stunning view!

Great place to stay in a house with a total of 4 apartments and rooftop pool. Kitchen & living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom were very clean, new and fitting. The sunset balcony is great 5min to the supermarket, 10-15min to port, restaurants & beach The hosts were very helpful and friendly - thank you! :)

Marta is an excellent host! We enjoyed our trip very much ☺️ The room was super clean and neat with everything you need for the stay. Happy we have found this idyllic stone house hideaway.
