Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Roda

Everything was great. The support was very good too.

Great place, extremely beautiful yard, kids really loved playing there. The host is very hospitable, kind and communicative. The only downside (or upside for some) was the strict quiet hours after 11pm if you are planning to use the outside BBQ and the complaining neighbours.

It was a very clean and nice room, exactly the same as on the photos. Communication with the host was easy - she gave clear instructions and allowed us a bit late checkout. A nice place to stay.

Thanos is a superhost: super friendly, super helpful, super nice. The place itself is great. The surroundings though are not very pleasant, there is a shopping street with Chinese wholesale-only shops selling some clothes and other stuff. On the other hand, it is pretty quiet there. And there are a lot of public and private parking nearby. Trust me, if you're going to Thessaloniki by car having parking is a huge advantage of this place. The only thing I missed was the terrace. I love sitting on the terrace in the sunset time. But Thanos's hospitability covered the lack of a terrace. I would recommend this place for a family stay in Thessaloniki.

The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and cosy. We were welcomed by a tasty cake and a spotless apartment. The center is really close, still the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The beach with multiple bars is close, a 5 minute walk. Katerina and her family were warm, welcoming, and helpful and it was lovely to spend some time with them! Highly recommend!

Guy calls his apartment “Lovely Small Apartment. Lovely the apartment certainly is. Guy has cheerfully decorated the apartment in his own creative way. Sometimes almost fairytale-like. Small I wouldn't call the apartment. On my own I had more than enough space. But it's also fine for two. The apartment is located near the center. Within walking distance are many places of interest; including the Roman Forum, Rotunda and the Arch of Galerius. To the north, Ano Poli, the picturesque old upper town, is easy to reach on foot. Near the apartment there are numerous good restaurants. Right around the corner there are two supermarkets. Guy is an excellent host. Is there for you, helps where needed, responds very quickly to messages. Together we had coffee in a near coffee kafe. Among other things, we talked about how the apartment could become even better. Guy took suggestions along these lines eagerly. I will come again next year.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Alexander was a great host. The apartments were as described, but to be clear they are separate apartments. They were flexible with our delayed arrival which was greatly appreciated.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm, nestled in a serene location that provides a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Emma was a great host. She was very hepful. The place was as told in the explanations. The location was perfect.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We felt very comfortable with Harry. Particularly nice was the sunrise from the bed/balcony or the terrace on the ground floor. A wonderful area, beautiful and quiet. A Grand Masoutis is nearby and the town of Nea Moudania is great for shopping on cloudy days if you don't want to drive down to Pefkochori or Kassandria. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example in Nea Potidea and Nea Fokea. The place leaves nothing to be desired - all furniture is solid furniture, all of which are very stable and of the highest quality. The towels and linens smell fresh and clean, even the blanket from the sofa. I love the scent from the bathroom on the ground floor. Small tip, the shop AB Vassilopoulos has the largest selection of Dolce Gusto matching capsules (not only cappuccino, but also Lungo, Starbucks and Lavazza). A beautiful, modern, quiet alternative. A cut above most of the area accommodations. The location is stunning with beautiful nature. Very nice hosts.

The apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. In addition, a beautiful view from the terrace just outside the door. Contact with the host also went smoothly.

The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and above all clean. The landlord is a lovely person who responded promptly to what we needed. I highly recommend it and would visit again.
