Suitable for a short stay. Very clean and modern apartment completely faithful to the photos. Easy access to the center of Milan by public transport (about 35 minutes from the duomo). The site is quiet, the property and parking are well secured. Popular neighborhood but no worries about walking home at night. The kitchen equipment could indeed be improved (non-functional coffee maker). Adele is a serious and responsive host.

Very nice apartment in a nice new residential complex. Perfect location, just a couple of stations to the center of Milan. I really liked the stocked kitchen, there is everything you need and the best quality. Beautiful water pressure in the bathrooms, a cozy terrace, it is always fashionable to go down to the pool and saunas on the minus ground floor. Clean, stylish, safe, peaceful. I want to note the host's care, attention to all the details. And also thank you for the selection of gorgeous fashion publications, in rainy weather it was so nice to read them on the balcony.

Very nice place in Cologno Menzese. Communication is very good, location also, next to a lot of cafes, in the city center restaurants. The owner is very helpful and communicative. I spent 10 nights in the apartment, everything was great (there is a washing machine, iron, full kitchen equipment). I am very happy with my stay, when I return to Cologno Menzese I will also want to return to this apartment. Recommended!

We loved loved loved our stay here! If I come back to Milan I would definitely rebook this place. I would even live in this Airbnb. The location is incredible. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and so well taken care of!! You have everything you need and Luca is so responsive! The apartment is behind three different locks so it’s SUPER safe - it just takes a little more effort to get in and out of the apartment because you have the front gate, the door to the apartment hallway, and then the door to your actual home! But I felt so safe and it was totally worth all the doors :) thank you so much Luca for an EXCELLENT stay!

Alessandro was a wonderful, helpful, + responsive host! Provided excellent + quick communication, recommendations for transport to the airport, and the stay was exactly as listed. Perfectly walkable, with some fun restaurants close nearby. The place was clean and spacious and the pullout couch bed was surprisingly very comfortable (it was a full bed with a foam mattress!) The only thing to note was there was some building construction happening that was very noisy during the day, but obviously that is out of the hosts control. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice stay for me, felt like home. Place was so clean and comfortable. Communication was perfect. I would definetely stay there again if I come to Milan next time .

Amazing apartment: large, spacious and very warm. It feels good right away! The neighborhood is super nice, with a Carrefour 8 minutes' walk and a metro station just 5 minutes away. I recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina' apartment in Milan. Cristina and her husband greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is very tastefully designed, super clean and it was lovely to come back after a day of work to what felt like home. The kitchen is beautifully designed and has all the amenities. The living room is very comfortable with a TV and there is a dining table for meals. The bedroom has a super comfortable bed with quality linen. There is a second room with a pullout sofa bed and a desk for work. The apartment has two full modern designed spacious bathrooms and a great shower. The bathrooms have all amenities including shampoo and conditioner. The apartment has a lovely terrace to have coffee in the mornings or aperitifs in the evenings. The apartment is quiet and the location is close to restaurants, stores and the metro is three blocks away. I look forward to staying at the apartment when I am in Milan next year.
