Great place and host! Tomas communicated swiftly and was flexible regarding our arrival time. The host family use the house themselves, when it is not rented out, hence it is cozy and well equipped (they move to their house in the neighbouring town during the rental period). The place is huge, the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans etc., and there is a lovely terrasse with a grill (incl. wood). The facilities are great for families with kids - the pool, badminton in the garden, room for a bit of football and plenty of space to run around. The view of the hills is lovely and the village is nice and quiet. There are some great hiking trails in the mountains (e.g. Praded/Bila Opava), and the Sky Bridge 721 at Dolni Morava is worth a visit! If we are in the Sumperk area again we would be happy to stay at Tomas' place again!

Dagmar gave us a beautiful experience stay, where we found a lot of activities, whether it's rich in amenities or in nature. Communication was seamless. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place we'd love to come back to. Plenty of space, so even when you go in a large group, it will be comfortable. The place looks better in person than in the photos. Great location, you can walk right out of the house to the mountain trail.

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend accommodation.

At Mrs. Hana's cottage, we spent a pre-Christmas weekend with a group. Everything was in perfect order the 😊 place was clean, spacious, each room had its own bathroom. Ms. Hana is great at communicating and responding in no time. The cottage is located in a quiet village, there is a pub and it is also a good starting point for hiking. We were all satisfied and definitely recommend it!

Very nice place. Quiet, close to lake and kepming. There's a place to walk and relax. Very cozy and comfortable in the house, we were with 6 people and it was not cramped. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. Despite the weather, the weekend was very successful.

Zaneta is a friendly and smiling host who welcomes guests. There was no problem with early check-in. The home was beautiful, clean,smelling new ,tastefully decorated. It's all in the photos. Very good location for the Rock City bliko. The whole group was delighted with the house and the conditions. The house also has a sauna. I sincerely recommend

Ubytovani bylo is just terrible, chata gorgeous, clean. Behind the hut fields and meadows, it's completely quiet. We were looking for solitude and peace, a misto where we can make dogs. Close to the possibility of a beautiful trip, and the lady who was waiting for us was very worthy, smiling, and welcoming. We definitely want to come back.

excellent place to stay, plenty of rooms, 2 bathroom/toilets a d 2 extra toilets, quiet, fantastic location, 5min from train to adrspach.

The house is very cozy and tastefully renovated and furnished. We particularly liked the wooden floors and wooden doors. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful bench in front of the house and enjoyed the sun. From morning to evening there were sunny spots in the garden. The rooms were easy to heat: with underfloor heating, radiators and a fireplace. The owners gave us good tips for making a fire and provided firewood. The sauna and hot tub take a few hours to warm up. Then you can do wellness perfectly. While sitting in the hot tub, you can hear the rivers rushing by and look at the starry sky. The garden is beautifully maintained by the owners. We always slept well because the area is very quiet and the beds are cozy. There is a horse farm just across the street. The house is a good starting point for hikes in the Giant Mountains. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the gondola to the Schneekoppe. In short: fantastic!

i have to say that I am very happy, the host Antonín was very kind and helpful, the whole place was beautiful and I am very satisfied, we definitely plan to have a lovely few days there, the price is amazing close to the place, the price is a bowling, a pub, a restaurant and a convenience store we had a great time and I only recommend it. it is purely beautiful and I am really glad that when we dealt with it at the last minute, the host was willing and everything was without a problem, we thank you and we will be happy for another visit the host is very nice and good sir. I only recommend.

In July, my friends and I had the opportunity to celebrate my 30s in Adélka, and we can only recommend ! We had a great time. Chalet Adelka is perfect for such a meeting. Plenty of sleeping space, a huge kitchen and a common room. For a fee, we borrowed a beep and wood for the fire, which was really cool! Lucie, my husband, Honza and Mr. Dad, were very helpful and helpful from the start. We stayed only over the weekend, but despite that, we made a trip to Jánské Lázně for cable cars and scooters. But there are countless entertainment in the area. I would definitely not hesitate and would love to come back to Adélka!

Positive: cleanliness, location great for excursions and walks, privacy, very modern,friendly contact, easy check-in, kitchen equipment,sauna free of charge for 1 week. Negative: fireplace may not be used, was not described! Temperature was not allowed to be regulated alone, broom is missing,existing vacuum cleaner does not vacuum, no change of linens, towels or cleaning products. Nevertheless highly recommended, we had a nice cozy week in the snow!!!
