Maršovská cottage

A beautiful cottage that is our dream come true, which we are happy to share with you. The cottage built in 1919 is after a complete extensive renovation (2023) that made the property an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, family-run, and comfortable environment, from which you and our family will want to come home. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Giant Mountains National Park - the cottage surrounds from two sides of the forest.

A small, cozy house that provides a host with enough seclusion by setting up our gardens instead, before we are home to us. Layout: Entrance hallway with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with double bed, dining table, 2 zidles and TV. Dale can use the garden gazebo with a fireplace, barbecue, and seating area. There is also a kitchenette and fridge (April - November usability). Restaurant - 1km, Groceries - 1.5km, Areal Obri Sud - 2km, Areal Vesec - 2km, Areal Jested - 5km Water, coffee, tea - free/free

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.
