Great place for a weekend stay. Lovely responsive and helpful host. An amazing sauna!

Wonderful place to stay – highly recommended! We spent a few memorable days with 11 people in this great place. The house and the entire grounds are simply a dream – varied, stylishly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail. Everything was super clean and in top condition. The garden is huge and has plenty of space – perfect for groups! We were particularly enthusiastic about the great amenities: a cozy fire pit, the inviting summer kitchen, hot tub, pool, sauna and even a game room – nothing was really missing. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The hostess was very friendly, easily accessible and provided us with helpful tips on excursions and restaurants. She was always quick to answer questions without being intrusive. Overall a fantastic place to stay that we would book again anytime. Clear recommendation!

The place was fantastic, clean, purposeful, beautiful, just unique. Amenities of the chalet👍. The host is kind, responsive, and communicative. The outdoor seating is breathtaking, stunning views of the river, hot tub,😁 and so excited when there's a pool and sauna. We'll be sure to come back. Thank you so much.

Fantastic place we'd love to come back to. Plenty of space, so even when you go in a large group, it will be comfortable. The place looks better in person than in the photos. Great location, you can walk right out of the house to the mountain trail.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! Everything was just perfect — from the beautifully designed interior to the peaceful natural surroundings. The living room was incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. The wellness area was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Communication with the host was outstanding — friendly, quick, and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home here and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Sarkas Cottage is truly a beautiful spot somewhere in the Czech nowhere - - if you want to go into town, you can also get there quickly by car. - The kids had a lot of fun in the hot tub - an in-house sauna would complete the offer. Communication with Sarka was quick, friendly and straightforward. I highly recommend it. ❤️

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

We spent a relaxing Easter stay here; a beautiful place and the possibility of trips to the surrounding area, we also had a large well-maintained garden with a stream. Plenty of space for 2 families (9 people) with a dog. We were a little worried about the steep stairs to the loft, but it was no problem in the end. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms newly renovated, all clean and fragrant. Thank you so much and we'd love to come back again!

A tastefully renovated cabin, the photos on the profile are well documented. During our stay, extremely rainy and windy (flood weekend) - we appreciated the opportunity to heat up the heating panel in the room and in the pleasant bathroom. The amount of hangers to hang up wet clothes was also very practical. On the other hand, we didn't use the grill on the deck due to the weather. The positive was that the water ran even though the power went out in the area. The entire area is located in a nice valley, within walking distance from the picturesque Smraďavka. Thank you again.

A great place to stay just like the photos. Great kitchen amenities, towels, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. We also used the garden house where we grilled. Nothing to complain about. We knew and expected it to be close to the road. Didn't bother us at all. Happy to recommend to others :) Thank you

Rustic and very cozy accommodation with plenty of space and ways to keep busy. Check-in couldn't be easier. We were able to arrive flexibly because the key was deposited. The address on Airbnb was incorrect. We searched for the house on Google Maps based on the pictures and found it. Sure, we could have just written a message, but it wasn't a problem that way. Inside there are two fireplaces that provide a nice atmosphere. The sauna is a highlight. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms offer enough space for a larger group. Overall it was really a very nice short stay at a great price. Thanks! 🙂

Eva was a wonderful hostess- she let us know quickly where everything was. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Will come back!!

This is a place for those looking for peace and quiet, don't necessarily like being in the center of any tourist attractions. The house is very cozy, the host is friendly, natural interiors, with no traces of ikean c**p. We felt a little like we were at Grandma's place. I recommend it to those who like this vibe!

The host was super nice. The cabin was very nice and private and even larger then we expected!

My daughter came to school and that's why we rented Jan's place to accommodate the whole family. Everyone had space and the extra large garden with a pool and trampoline was the highlight for all the kids. Unfortunately, Jan had to continue the construction work on his garden shed, which is why the celebration will have to move to the house. However, the communication with Jan was so friendly and accommodating that this circumstance was not really bad. When the garden shed is ready, the place will certainly be even better.

The cottage is very cozy, clean, well-appointed and has everything you need. We had the best time staying the extended weekend here. Beautiful outdoor area and the two stoves are also great. Radek as host was always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

A beautiful old restored cottage, we felt very comfortable. There is everything you need and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. However, the house is not a short walk from Cesky Krumlov as indicated. It is 14 km. In the end, however, we were happy because it was very quiet and idyllic

Great relaxation with friends in a beautiful natural setting. We slept well. A sauna is a big plus. In winter, the cottage took a day to heat up, but you just need to bring warm clothes or heat in the stove. It was warm in the bedrooms since we arrived. Kids and adults loved the cottage.

This cottage is exactly what you hope to find on airbnb. Beautifully appointed with simple, high quality furnishings, and lots of personal touches. There is plenty of space for two families and lots of toys. The large enclosed garden is great to run around in, the fire is cosy and David the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The area is lovely and we joined some locals in the pub for Mikuláš one evening during our stay. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return.

We had a very nice stay. The fireplace room is super cozy on cold days. We were 16 people, that fits even better, that's all I would recommend, then it gets tight. Everything you need is available. The playroom was also very useful, the children are well occupied there. Hikes start right by the house. Otherwise absolute tranquility directly on the forest, perfect! We definitely have to come again in the summer to enjoy the pool!
