Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

Amazing for kids! The playground has more than the pictures show and the house itself had toys for the little one and lego and art supplies for the bigger kids, a trampoline, and apple trees and blueberry bushes in the yard. We could see the playground from the windows and so felt comfortable letting the kids run freely there right from the beginning. We were a bit surprised by the winding, narrow, roads to get there, and there isn't much to do right in the area, but the house itself was perfect.

Nice stay, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, good beds. Plenty of soap, detergent, and dishwasher tablets so you didn't have to worry there. Nice and large inflatable swimming pool. Nice trampoline for the kids (I think new hail). Two tips to make it even better; curtains in the bedroom instead of just vitrage & instructions in the cottage also in English.

Lovely and clean cottage with 100% privacy. Perfect for a family getaway. The night sky is full of stars and you can hear a calming sound of a nearby river.

The place was exactly as described. We loved it. The house is pretty big. A lot of common space. We could separate children from adults. It's just worse to heat up the house.

Overall, we were very satisfied, the space matches the photos, and the garden with the pool was perfect. The space inside was clean and everything was neat and tidy. Communication was also great. Highly recommend to everyone

We were looking for nice place to stay but at the end we found much more that we could hope for. Place is situated in calm part of Horni Marsov and close by you have local family restaurant if you're eager to try local cuisine. House itself is very cozy and clean with all necessary amenities you could think of these days. We had a great stay there and hopefully we'll get back soon. Could only recommend to everybody who is looking for great stay close to nature.

A nice host and a place with a wonderful atmosphere.

The cottage is great for a large group of people, in our case a wide family. We were greeted in the morning by sheep, goats, and piggies with cubs, the kids were excited. There is also a small pool, which was nice as a refreshment on a hot day. The house has been partially renovated and it is very nice. The nature around is beautiful, we enjoyed picking mushrooms and walking around. The owners intend to finish sitting outside next year, which is a bit lacking so far. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about, the owner is very accommodating and kind. We'd love to come back.

The place was very nice, clean and in a nice place. There was a nice surprise and clean towels waiting for ours when we arrived. The owner was very kind and despite the minor complications we caused, she accommodated us. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, and the fun will be taken care of by billiards, darts, or a pool and seating area in an enclosed gazebo with a beep and a fridge🙂. There are plenty of places for trips and shopping within driving distance. In general, we rate the place to stay and definitely recommend 👍

The Airbnb was great. You have your own "studio" with small living room, own bathroom, own kitchen and a bedroom. The studio was very clean.

Really quirky and beautiful spot

Ubytovani bylo is just terrible, chata gorgeous, clean. Behind the hut fields and meadows, it's completely quiet. We were looking for solitude and peace, a misto where we can make dogs. Close to the possibility of a beautiful trip, and the lady who was waiting for us was very worthy, smiling, and welcoming. We definitely want to come back.

The flat is located in a house in a calm part of Broumov. It is large and is having all what you need. The bed is confortable and we had good rest there. You can park easely in the yard. You can reach the center of the city easely by walking in few minutes and enjoy the visit of the monastery. We do recommend this place.

Large, bright space (a few blackout curtains for the windows would be very nice). For Czech terms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. The owners of the house (Martin and his wife) did the laundry for us for free and were really very friendly. Communication was via Google translate, very convenient. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in the area for adolescents. Occasionally you will have noise from the pub below the property or smoke smell. The beds lay very well. And the shower was spacious and bright. The host (Ondrej) gave a nice tip for the area. Good coffee can be found in the square at hotel Praha!

It was wonderful. Like a trip back in time! Everything was there for an easy stay, a bit outdated, maybe a second pan or another blanket wouldn't have hurt, but that wasn't bad at all, the property and especially the seclusion definitely had a lot of charm! Especially the location in the forest is secluded and yet close to civilization is a dream. We would come back:-) Thank you!

Dear owner, she promptly responded to messages. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and equipped. There were also outdoor games, which we welcomed after a long trip, when we didn't want to go for a walk in the evening. Great location - walking distance to rocks and train. We rate everything 5 stars. :)

A quiet place nearby with a very responsive host

A beautiful escape from the city. Everything you need is available. BBQ, sauna, logs for flooding. The amenities are perfect. Breakfast in front of the door. We had so much fun. The only thing I would recommend sending information about the stay sooner. Unnecessary last minute re-packing before checkout. Recommended.
