The location and especially the big garden is magnificent. Ideal for children, but also to come at home yourself. In the shed there are all nice things to entertain you with and in the garden there are several playground equipment and a trampoline. Although it is a shared garden, you notice little of the other guests due to the surface. The apartment is nice and spacious and nice and cool in the summer. The interior is well maintained and the rooms are all comforted. The grill hut in the garden is also a nice addition. Arie and Geertje are also very hospitable and do everything they can to make you comfortable. They explain everything clearly and are always ready to help. We would definitely recommend it to others and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

For a few days with two children, if you don't mind being all together, perfect. Great arrangement about check-in and checkout.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Arie and Geertje's place! Arie and Geertje live nearby, are very friendly and involved. They are clearly very experienced in dealing with children, our children had a great time! The house was clean, very spacious and equipped with all kinds of comforts! Ideal for a family with kids. The space in the garden with the many seating areas, a bbq opportunity, a place to make a campfire was great! The children have enjoyed all the outdoor toys. Arie and Geertje's dogs were also very friendly for children. We'd love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Everything is as described and photographed. A great neighborhood where you can both relax and spend time actively. The cottage had everything you needed and more. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Lucie is a very kind and communicative person who provides help and advice on tourist attractions in the area. A really great place to recommend!

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We have enjoyed the stay in the house. It's wonderfully big and clean. Ivan always responded quickly and everything was possible and was arranged quickly. We would definitely recommend it.

This apartment was one of the best equipped ones we visited in Bohemia. We were delighted with the welcome wine and waters. The big advantage was that the second apartment was unoccupied, so we had complete privacy and the entire outdoor space to ourselves. Communication with David was very kind and seamless. Thank you.

Lucie is a hostess with body🥰. You could tell that everywhere in the house. It is very stylish and tastefully decorated. Lucie was always available and very responsive to messages. The area is very nice and quiet yet there are many things to do nearby. For our ski vacation, the area was very nice. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful week in Cerny dul♥️

We are - day 3 after returning - still totally fascinated by the accommodation. Lenka is an outstanding host. She is extremely friendly, gives useful tips and is always available. We felt very comfortable with her. We didn't miss anything. In each room there were useful little things that I have not come across before (and I have traveled a lot). Room spray in the bathroom and toilet, a toaster in the kitchen, paper towels, cuddly blankets, radiant heaters on the terrace, plastic dishes in the pool room and and and. Lenka has thought out all the amenities very well and she has succeeded exceptionally well. We will definitely be back, that's for sure. We were in the same place for the second time and in a year we will look forward to a longer stay.

Super nice place for a family of 4. There was also a sofa bed, for 2 more guests. Great balcony overlooking mountains. Clean and tidy. No noise and noise. Easy to get to the ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend the place and the place. We'd love to come again.
