A perfect unit for us to stay while looking for permanent place to live. Stunning view from 22nd floor. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Washer/dryer combo were a big plus. Own transportation is pretty much a necessary, only few restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking in the parking structure.

Very nice owner, the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The place is very beautiful but there are no good shops nearby where you can buy meat, chicken. There are only small shops nearby. With Grab devilry supermarket was problems too, only one store Lotus and they always cancelled my order because no items. Grand Florida very far from everything so it’s was difficult. Every day I feed dogs near Condo. I would gladly return to this beautiful quiet place.

Perfect for me as a base for touring Thailand and Cambodia. Also idea to find accommodation for a year after completing my three months here. The condo had everything I needed and it located on the beach road which makes it easy for walking to bars and restaurants. The host also provided me with my TM30 for the nightmare that is immigration in Thailand which is a pleasure every 90 days😂😂 There is nothing that could be classed as negative during my stay only a very positive experience.
