Welcome to our beautifully renovated historical building, set in the prime riverfront location in Phnom Penh. This property perfectly blends rich history with modern luxury, offering a unique stay in the city's safest area. Please note, the path to the apartment goes through a small alley that can appear a bit dirty, but rest assured, it's 100% safe with 24/7 police patrolling due to the Royal Palace. Some Airbnb photos were taken by wonderful past guests, capturing wonderful memories.

It was very chill and cool. Convienient and had parking too. Was very safe.

I think it is fair to say that Thavreach goes above and beyond when hosting guests at his place. We had a great time at his place, everything matched the pictures and it was super easy to find and for us perfectly situated. Thavreach is very proactive and on the comms so any questions we had, he was quick to get back to us. Also pre arrival, a document with recommendations/guide to was shared which was really helpful making our time in Phnom Penh very enjoyable! There was air con in both rooms too which made sleeping easy too and I highly recommend staying at Thavreach’s :)

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

A wooden sauna features bench seating along the walls, with ambient lighting providing a warm glow. The walls and ceiling are lined with polished wooden panels, creating a natural and calming environment. A traditional sauna stove is located in one corner.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

I'm a repeat person in this building so I'm bias. This is a great building a little away from the noise of the city. It's a clean apartment, safe and comfortable. Transportation is easy and the AEON Supermarket is $4,400 in Cambodian money by GRAB Tuk Tuk. Very Nice and has amenities.
