Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Na Chom Thian

The room is clean and fully equipped, pool, pool, TV, stereo... enough kitchen supplies.The only thing that was missing was some issues with the water in the bathroom that could be contacted by the housekeeper.Overall, a very satisfying experience!

On this trip, 5 adults and 4 children, the landlord has love, the place is just right, the place is just cleaned up, but the toilet can be improved, the basement needs to be a little more pumped, it would be better if it could be dried and dry separated, all in all, 5 stars.

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

Wow what a place to stay !! Charming, Beautiful, neat and clean , greenery , nice swimming pool. Everything was great felt like at home. We really enjoyed the stay @ villa. Will definitely recommend to all my contacts travelling to Pattaya in future.

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

Very clean and updated. About 20 minutes walk to beach, easy find transport. Definitely 5 stars to host communication.

The property was one of the best in town. Brand new developments very safe neighbourhood gated community. The host was very helpful she even allowed us check in early. The location is good but need a car if you want to go down town it’s only around 15-20min but one of the best locations and quite after busy day or night out to come back to. Finally it’s was the BEST.

We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

Really enjoyed staying there, she provided everything in the room - definitely will stay here again

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

Large TV and bed living room I liked everything in each room, including the bathroom. I intend to reuse it on my next visit to Pattaya.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Check-in is easy, and everything is around the accommodation, so it seems like guests can live conveniently. Personally, it was so nice to have a pool on the 31st floor. I recommend it.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.
