Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Thailand

A cozy and aesthetic place with a great location. It lacked a few simple amenities like detergent or spare beach towels, but fairly there’s a 7/11 around the corner.

Beautiful property with multiple apartemens. We felt right at home and nearly did not notice other guests. The apartement is quiet and close to the nature. The pool is a highlight and you feel like you are right in the djungle. Near by is a food market and a very cool art village with lots of DIY opportunities. Although a bit away from the city center it is no problem to get around with taxis.

Great communication from Philip and all the staff are helpful and lovely. The daily house-keeping is a welcome touch and the villa is kept spotlessly clean. The location is great, though you definitely need your own transport any so we hired scooters. We would love to come back, so long as a villa with interior bedroom doors were available as the only downside was the 2 bedrooms were only accessible by 2 separate external doors. This wasn’t good for a family. However, we loved our stay!

really great location! beautifully furnished and a great view. our children really loved their own pool. The handover also went smoothly and everyone was super friendly.

We stayed a few days in tue middle of our Thailand Trip and it was just amazing. We had a little trouble getting the key but that was resolved very quickly. The house is so beautiful and you can feel right at home! Everything necessary is in walking distance and it's a great spot to getvti know the city and also have a quiet place to sleep :)

Amazing communication, Stephen and his team do literally everything to make sure you get the most out of your stay. The villa was really clean and luxery. Questions were answered within minutes. Big recommend!

A nice place to stay that's just far off the beaten path enough that you won't feel surrounded by other tourists. Some very good local thai food nearby, including Cheap Ass Thai for Isan food and a really good Khao Gaeng place just across the street from there. The Villa is nice and spacious, although the plunge pool is definitely smaller than it looks in pictures and the outside furniture could maybe use some refurbishment. Overall a peaceful place to act as a home base for days or nights on the town, but also with a well equipped enough kitchen to do some cooking of your own if that suits you.

had a great stay at tippawan's place. we were 2 couples and 2 dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. I especially liked the yard which was huge and the swimming pool area check in was super easy and there were really no issues during our stay

Charles is a gent and I had a really wonderful stay at his apartment. Great location and plenty of feed options around - will definitely rebook if I’m back in Udon.

From start to finish my stay was extraordinary Pawel provided instructions maps and details regarding home. Pawel also arranged transportation to his home for me which came in very handy. His house keeper greeted me when we arrived and even helped with our luggage. She was amazing! Her attention to detail to ensure everything was perfect was not unnoticed. The finishing touch was his kind gesture of leaving me a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for my birthday. I can’t say enough about my stay the home is beautiful the views are amazing. I would come back again and again!

We absolutely loved our stay - Geoff & Yumi truly made us feel at home ☺️ They give the best recommendations and we’re always there to lend a hand. We stayed for about a month to work remotely and it was the perfect place to set up camp. We happened to be visiting when the Chiang Mai floods occurred and felt safe & so well taken care. Yumi & Geoff truly go out of their way to make you feel right at home. Can’t wait to stay here again! 😊

The only thing I can say is wow. The pictures don’t do justice at all. So you walk through your first door/gate that locks (and only you have the key for) then you have the option to go upstairs to your private pool, or inside the next door to your villa. Fully secluded and private my wife and I had the time of our lives watching sunsets up there from our roofs infinity pool

wonderful vacation in Pattaya. everything is perfect of the condo. clean and safe. the swimming pool is great. about 100 miters long. almost no bady use it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was homey and very comfortable. We hardly wanted to leave the place because it was so easy to feel relaxed. The patio and pool upstairs is amazing and has a beautiful view of the sunset. The house was spacious and had a lot of amenities like the washing machine and coffee machine. Heinz was very responsive and helped us whenever we messaged. Ar was also friendly and helpful with everything!

I stayed at Lin's place for the second time. There is nothing missing from the location, cleanliness, and ancillary facilities, and the host, Lin, is very kind. I would stay at Lin's place again if I am allowed to book for my next trip.

A very good one-bedroom condo unit. Very peaceful and quiet (we were there during weekdays), with access to the beach. Very friendly staff throughout the property. Khao Tao is quite away from HH centre, but it is in the middle should you want to hop down to Pranburi for local treats and sweets. Covered parking, two elevators. Very convenient.

Beautiful, modern and spacious flat with an extremely picturesque outlook and gorgeous large shared infinity pool (which I mostly had to myself most days!). The flat exceeded my expectations as it is even larger than the photos and had excellent WiFi for remote working. Brian was a fantastic host: very helpful, responsive, friendly and flexible (facilitating an early check in and late check out for me). Lovely, peaceful location but also close to both Fisherman's Village, Old Town in Koh Samui (highly recommended) and Chaweng. Highly recommended for a great stay! :)

fantastic place to stay. exactly as photos showed. great host. chai is a complete gentleman. honestly can not fault this place in any way at all. the kids loved it. we loved it. right on beach. small beach but fantastic. views from apartment beautiful. we will definitely come back. we loved staying in Stella's place. beautiful balcony views for the 50th floor. food all around us as soon as you get to the street. Would stay here again.

Owner was friendly and responsive. We were very pleased with the studio, which was small but had everything we needed, even a washing machine. We felt safe in the neighbourhood, it was easy to find local shops and restaurants. The fitness room and pool at the top floor of the building are a big plus, and it was great to be able to walk to the nearest beach (which was also quite safe, we could leave our stuff without worrying too much). Overall would recommend!

The property is immaculate and there is everything there that you need .The owner looked in one morning to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything just to give them a shout which was a nice touch .Would highly recommend and will definitely be back
