We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe's place. You have wonderful space, in the house and also outside. There are many seating and lying options, the pool is small but nice, it is covered, which is perfect for long (shady!) Swimming afternoons with our little daughter. The beach section is also very quiet and not very busy. Giuseppe also lives on the premises and there is also a small bungalow next to the large main house, in which another couple was accommodated. The areas in front of the house are shared, but that was wonderful because it is so spacious. Giuseppe was a very helpful host and was also available for a brief exchange on occasion, yet our privacy was absolutely respected.

This was one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Faii Faii and the concierge service was amazing. She took care of transportation, helped book our breakfast and dinner, and helped arrange our massages. It was a beautiful Airbnb and we enjoyed our stay!

The space was simply adorable🤩!! Very great flair, just to feel good. Great restaurants can be reached directly by a short walk across the beach!! We will be back !!

We chose the place for a final few days of rest during our two-week trip to Thailand, where we were well cared for by the host, all our wishes were fulfilled at an express pace. We really appreciate the possibility of washing and ironing, a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the opportunity to take advantage of the on-site massage. Thank you so much, it's a pity our stay was so short.

Hosts were amazing! Made getting to the Airbnb from the ferry vary easy and were also very welcoming on arrival with places to eat and visit. The rental bike was very affordable and made traveling around the area very easy. They were very communicative and helpful throughout the visit with events going on throughout the stay. The place is very beautiful with sunsets visible every day from the attached beach. The kitchen allows you to make home cooked meals whenever you need to. The location is amazing as well with restaurants, beaches, bars, barber shops, grocery stores, and anything you would need just around the corner.

the bungalow is easy to access from the port (even for people in difficulty ) the path offered by Gmaps is the right one. either the bungalow has a beautiful sea view with a beautiful beach the water in the shower can be a long time to arrive but always finish by being warm. we were disturbed two mornings on the 4 days AT 6:30 AM by a family of Italians who had decided to communicate with each other from their respective bungalows. needless to say that it greatly annoyed me such a disrespect, but hey Michal had nothing to do with it . air conditioning works properly place I really recommend

Perfect location in Laguna area, Netflix availability, decent furniture, comfy bed, big pool and cosy family bar make this place great for longer stays and a bit small kitchen and missing washing machine doesn’t spoil everything. Regular cleaning and good maid makes your stay even more comfortable, thanks Lynlada:)

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed inside, the hosts were very responsive and quick. Security people were very friendly on complex. Suggestions to make it even better - padded covers for sun loungers, beds were very hard but that wouldn’t bother some people. The only thing to be aware of and may put me off returning - the villa is close to cockerels that are awake at 5am every morning (we were consequently up very early ! ) location is fantastic - pool overlooks the ocean and everything is within very easy reach to walk or tuk tuk. Overall a great stay would highly recommend !

Could not recommend more highly! Sara's place exceeded our expectations. Super friendly team, local recommendations, helped us sort everything we needed. In an amazing part of the island. We even woke up to monkeys outside our room, which was wonderful. Thank you for such a special stay.

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Amazing house right on the beach. Quiet area yet not far from everything! Mica was amazing & really helpful from booking time to departure day. K Sea made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended ❤️

my wife and i had a wonderful ten days at beach villa. Villa was as described and really clean, the out door space, wow absolutely amazing, with very friendly neighbours, Communications were extremely good and Joanna went above and beyond especially when we managed to lock everything in the scooter lol thank you x, amazing restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the rest of the island not to far away for those who like to explore, would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about returning, we were sad to leave

We really enjoyed the stay here very much. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach. You can hear the nearby road a little, but it didn't bother us. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. We also got some good tips on things to do from the host. Through the host, there is also the possibility to rent a scooter cheaply. We would come back.

lovely place to stay for 3 adults. place was comfortable and lots of room. the best part was the private pool with lovely views. There is a bit of an uphill walk when you go out for food but it's doable and if you're not feeling up to it it's easy to get a taxi. we did try mom tri restaurant opposite but found, hug street food much better value and taste definitely would recommend. overall really good experience here at the apartments and extremely friendly and helpful staff. would definitely recommend to stay

Very good villa. Swimming pool is larger than in some hotels:) overall both villa and pool are better in real life than on photos. Katherine(host) and her administrator Black were super helpful, fast to reply and always available to provide some guidance and support. There is no hot water in bathtub in both bedrooms and wifi signal in bedrooms could be a bit weak but it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, we spent a week there and i definitely recommend this villa to others to try it out.

Exactly as described. Ian and Janette were great, welcoming hosts who live onsite so always available if needed. Quiet location, not busy but close enough taxi ride to everything you want.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.
