Tucked away in the historic Bluffton neighborhood, our home is a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Opposite direction, you will be on the bank of Muskegon Lake where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in for a cruise. If you have a boat, there is a public launch less than a mile away as well as a public bike trail along Muskegon Lake that leads to downtown. Finally, Third Coast Cottage is a 30 min drive to Michigan Adventure and the Winter Sports Complex.

This a cozy first floor walk out basement apartment in a 2 unit two blocks from Lake Michigan or Muskegon lake. Please note that the kitchen does not have a stove or oven. The hvac system is connected to the upper unit so we do not allow sprays, body spray, candles, perfume etc…****** thank you for your consideration!
