Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte di paesaggio durante un viaggio, la casa è nuova, accogliente e ben dotata di diversi accessori. Host comunicativo e disponibile. Consigliato.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Adrianos place was perfect. The apartment had all the amenities that anyone might need, and even a lovely little breakfast snack and tea in the kitchen. Adriano was a very sweet host and was offering to help with anything necessary. The location was a very close walk to the old city yet was a nice and quiet location. The place itself was squeaky clean with a perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen and all the space you may want. My partner and I had a really great stay and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montepulciano. Well worth the price

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Our stay at Alessandra's apartment was great! very comfortable and bright apartment with a refreshing terrace, had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city while also being a quiet retreat for the end of the day.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

So lovely and great value - lots of thoughtful touches and easy to find car parking. The freshly renovated bathroom is lovely!! Very well equipped.
