Apartment vacation rentals in Munich

I had a great stay here. I rented a car and parked at the building and then there’s a bus literally outside of the apartment building that will take you to the train station or you can walk five minutes to get there and take the train to Munich city center. You can also take the train to Marienplatz. I was happy with the location and happy with the amount of seating, the bed was also comfortable and I was happy to have a washer and dryer access in the basement. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. I would definitely stay here again thank you!

Excellent place. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, with everything you need. Anton was friendly at all times and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is spacious in a very comfortable area with lots of things to do. I would definitely stay again

Anna was a very nice hostess. Check-in and check-out went smoothly via a key box. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, it had everything we needed. I thought it was very nice that Anna gave us a great recommendation in advance where we could eat right in the area. We were very satisfied and give a clear recommendation.

The apartment was conveniently located- close to the train station and Marienplatz area. The unit was easy to find, beautifully maintained and all amenities such as washer/dryer, trash receptacles and bed linens and towels were excellent. The unit was spotless as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Simone was very responsive and helpful. She was quick to offer assistance or advice for any questions I had. Probably the most hospitable host I’ve had in all my stays with Airbnb’s all over the world. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The apartment is a bit far from the center on foot, but the neighborhood is very pretty (especially the park nearby). We recommend this accommodation.

We used the apartment as a starting point for a trade fair visit in Munich and were pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with how quiet and very well equipped the clean apartment of Markus is. If we come back to the area, we'll be sure to ask again! Thanks also for the great coffee maker and the dishwasher, I always appreciate that very much.🤗

Just in advance, the apartment is a 10/10. Everything is new and modernly furnished and very clean. There is everything you need in terms of amenities. Quietly located, yet shopping is within easy reach. The icing on the cake was the hot tub on the terrace. Leopold is a very friendly and helpful host. We'll happily come back anytime.

We spent New Year's Eve here with our circle of friends. The apartment was spotless and felt like we were the first guests to move into this apartment. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom as well as the general equipment were very clean and very modern. Freddy, the co-host, was super friendly and always easy to reach. Check-in and everything around went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Nice apartment on the top floor of an older apartment building. There are a few steps to the elevator from the entrance. This goes all the way to the 4th floor and then it goes up a few more steps to the apartment. You have a beautiful view from the apartment and it is - I think - nicely decorated. Parking is also fine, maybe you have to maneuver something. The hot tub is certainly also fun, unfortunately I only had time to shower as I was traveling for business. Katharina was always easily accessible via the app.

Even though we were only there one night. We all felt right at home. The apartment was very nicely decorated and all the necessary things were available. The arrangements between Max and I worked out wonderfully, and you have also responded to requests or inquiries. In short: the apartment is top, clean and a great view. We will come back soon if we are around here.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Very modern and equipped with everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is also really nice and clean, only a little cooler at night, but the thick bedding compensates for this. We'll be happy to come back, thank you! 😊

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Andreas was a very nice host, very easy to communicate with and welcoming to make sure our stay would be great. The apartment is lovely, very modern and handy - with everything nicely set. It is quite remote and peaceful - as we were looking for. If you have a car, you can easily drive to the city of Munich or the closest ski station from just 30-45min. I highly recommend!
