Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Ich habe eine große Leidenschaft für schönes Interior. Beruflich bin ich für Architectural Digest (im Sales für Werbung) tätig und komme ständig mit neuen Ideen von Designmessen zurück. Am Ende entscheide ich mich dann doch aber immer wieder für Designklassiker. Das Apartment hat ein kleines Make-Over bekommen - nach langem überlegen habe ich mich für eine schwarz-weiße Rautentapete für die Decke (Cole & Son Geometric II) und einem schönen Ockerton (Bassoon von The Little Greene) entschieden.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is fully furnished and equipped. Whether for business (home office) or tourism, the location is suitable. The property has 2 sofa beds. It is only a 5-minute walk from public transport and 5 minutes from the main train station. There are supermarkets, restaurants, hospital ... nearby. Spend a relaxing evening on the beautiful balcony at the end of your day.
