Vacation rentals in Mount Wachusett

We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our experience at Frank’s Winthrop basement apartment! Exceptionally good value for the beautiful area, comfy beds & a very easy to use TV for the rainy nights :) The one thing that would have really improved this place for me personally is enhanced privacy. I would have loved to have our basement apartment door lock from the outside. I didn’t feel unsafe by any means because our entrance was locked and had a keypad we shared with the hosts but would have loved to be able to lock the apartment up while we were exploring MA. A separate entrance for guests would have been awesome too but I recognize that is a tough ask renovation wise. My husband was not bothered by it at all but once I mentioned it, he agreed.

Waking up at Tyler’s Airbnb every morning is like a dream! With the bedrooms facing the lake, the birds are singing, the lake is glittering with reflections. It is picture perfect and serene. The house is very clean and equipped with amenities that make you a very comfortable stay. Our favorite part of the place was either relaxed with a glass of wine at the sunroom or reading a book at the beautiful nook upstair overlook the lake. What a treat! We will definitely return. Jamison’s home was perfect for our crew of 5 women gathering for a college reunion. Sitting by the lake offered us a much needed space to reconnect after way too many years. We would definitely recommend this airbnb and will keep it in mind for our future gatherings.

What a wonderful stay in the woods! Right near the mountain, my friends and I had a great visit. Would come back again :)

We traveled up from Florida to visit family in RI & MA for Thanksgiving and stayed in the lake house. After a very long drive, it was so lovely checking in to a bright, clean, peaceful house. Everything is brand new and well appointed. Jolene was so responsive on the week leading up, flexible with our arrival time and had great local recommendations. After we arrived she stopped by with flowers to welcome us. We lived in Rhode Island for 40 years and I had never been to that area of the state before! While it feels like a peaceful retreat, the little village center is about 2 miles away and has grocery, cvs, Dunkins, and a brewery among other things. We also drove a few minutes further to one of the oldest country stores in America. The fire pit was fun for the kids to make s’mores and we enjoyed playing all of the games every night. It was a great Airbnb stay and we will definitely be back again to enjoy it in the warmer weather!

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was cozy, beautiful and so peaceful. They clearly put their whole heart and soul into building this cabin, it’s just magical.

Todd was so great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful! His place was so cute, very clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could ever need and very organized. We rented it to ski at Wachusetts and it was great location( only 15 mins away). We would rent again. Thank you!

My sister and I spent a few relaxing days at Shannon's home. We had a wonderful time! It's in a great location- close enough to town to see the sights and go to restaurants, but also far enough away to be so peaceful and private. We booked it because we love being near water, and the house didn't disappoint. We loved the view. It was a bit windy and cool while we were there, but we were able to sit outside several times by the lake and use the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching and listening to the many birds around the house. The house itself was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were happy to meet Shannon when we checked in. She answered questions we had and made recommendations based on our conversation. Thanks Shannon for having us, and we would love to come back sometime to your lovely home! Highly recommend!!
