Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monti, Rome

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Massimiliano and his dad were very welcoming! Gave us coffee and bread upon arrival. Also provided a lot of instrucions for exploring Rome. The house was clean and cozy. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is really spacious and feels luxurious. The terrace is great as well as all the amenities. The location is great and the place is safe and convenient. For those who are sensitive to sound it can get loud in the evenings, but overall I can recommend it and we had a great time!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

The apartment was lovely and centrally located to see the main sights in Rome. The market was right behind the apartment. The late night disco downstairs was a bit noisy for the light sleepers in our group. Ear plugs were generously provided. We felt very safe in this apartment.

Gras' place was a brilliant find. Incredibly spacious, close to the metro and a private terrace was a huge plus. Helpful host

This is our second time staying at this apartment. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Rome!

What a perfect location for our adventures! Across the river from St Peter’s Square, easy walk to other historical sites. Restaurant right downstairs adopted our group as family, great pizza! Another restaurant and a cafe across the street, could have stayed right on the street if we didn’t want to explore Roma. Would absolutely stay here again!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

Very, very, central location in Trastevere. Easy to get from Trastevere across the river. Half hour walk to/from Trastevere Station to get to/from FCO. The Host, Ladi, was super responsive and gave lots of suggestions and advice when he met up with us and even showed us around a little. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given how central it is and the patio was a luxurious private space.

We loved Raffaele’s place. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. Raffaele was so helpful, so kind and all contact was exceptional.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place corresponded exactly to the photos – everything was just as beautiful and tastefully decorated as described. The entire place was very clean - you can immediately tell that hygiene is important here. The house was also equipped with everything you need. The location was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. We were able to park our car privately and absolutely safely, which gave us an additional sense of security. Emanuele and Ana are the perfect hosts – super friendly, warm and always available. Communication went smoothly, and we got great recommendations for the area. It was always noticeable that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place!⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Ale’s home! The house is charming, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and relaxing. Ale and his co-host, Laura, were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful place just outside of Rome, I highly recommend this home!

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

A great, private, residential location about 10 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night, before a trip back home, and having something so close to the airport was wonderful. Very secure entry to a single floor unit (no need to carry luggage up and down steps!) was an added bonus.
