Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rome

the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

Nice apartment in a residential area of Rome. It is decorated with a lot of taste and a lot of detail. Close to bus stop that connects to tourist places of interest. 100% recommendable. Greetings from Spain.

This accommodation was ideal for our needs and we are planning a return visit in the near future! The warm welcome and gracious hospitality extended to us by Massimiliano and his father were exceptional! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, peaceful and private…and the heating works like a charm! 😃🤗

This is a really lovely flat in a great location in Rome, 5 mins walk to Piazza Naova, 8 mins to Castel Angello, 15 mins to Pantheon and to St Peter Square. The flat is really lovely, beautifully decorated, it has a fully functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and a lovely big terrace that we did not use in December as it was cold but it would be lovely to use in warmer weather. There is a lift that is accessible after a few initial flights of stairs so that was convenient. The flat is in a central location but it is also very quiet so you can sleep well. Alessandra was very responsive. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Great place!! We loved everything about this place- nice quarter, walkable distance to all key spots, incredible view ln the city adds a lot! Big, spacious place, even better than described. We were very happy with this choice! Ludovica was also very helpful with all advices and helped to kept our luggage after check-out. That was just great! Thank you! We will be happy to come back one day.

We had an amazing stay at Michela’s apartment in Rome! Michela was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and always responding promptly to any requests. When we had an issue with the hot water, he went above and beyond, arriving within an hour to fix it, even though he was out of town. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything we needed, with all major attractions within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A couple of minor issues to note: the area can be a bit noisy at night, but Michela provided air blocks, which helped a lot. The heater occasionally turned off at night, but the apartment stayed warm, so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, Michela’s hospitality and the apartment’s central location made our stay unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. Thank you, Michela!

The Deto de Gras was an excellent choice. Everything matched the photos and listing. We were 7 people, but it is comfortably enabled for 9 people. Everything is very clean, and the spaces are very spacious and comfortable. Good heating, spacious and comfortable kitchen and dining room. and the bedrooms are also very cozy. The neighborhood is also very comfortable and close to the metro and train and bus station to the airport. Communication was excellent before, during, during, and after. It was like being at home. Highly recommended.👌👌👌

Our stay in Rome was amazing thanks to Francesca. The place is central, close to everything, which made our visit very practical. Francesca was very thoughtful and made sure we didn't lack anything: she left us coffee, cookies, jam and even a complimentary wine. The place is spacious, comfortable, clean and very cozy, with several towels available. In addition, he provided us with a map with recommendations for places to visit and gave us great tips, including options for dropping off our luggage. Easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Stores nearby and great food. Loved it! Would come back to this spot in a heartbeat

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY! Attended a wedding in Rome with the wife and kiddos! Had everything that was needed in a walkable distance! Amazing little sandwich shop about 2 minutes from the room! Only gripe was parking, but the host was even nice enough to let us know about a parking garage that’s only about a 10 minute walk from the room. Would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a place with a family! Close to everything, very nice host, & AMAZING PRICE FOR THE LOCATION!

Place was better than expected, and the host was very responsive. Reaching this place is tricky, so i suggest reading the instructions a few times, but once you make it in, its well worth the effort

Lovely house in the hills with a beautiful view! If you have a car, it’s very easy to explore the surrounding countryside and get into the city of Rome. Simona was a very sweet and gracious host.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

This is the 2nd time in 6 months we have stayed at this property whilst visiting Italy. The house is lovely, a spacious & comfortable feel. The woodfire was a real treat in the evenings. We arrived early and we were greeted with refreshments whilst we waited. Thank you to Luciano & family for their excellent hospitality. We love staying here and will be back. We highly recommend.

A beautiful house in the outskirts of Rome in absolute calm on private land; you can reach an excellent piazza Cavour parking in the immediate vicinity of the historic center in 30 minutes, and there is also public transport accessible nearby . The house is spacious , and the view of Rome is breathtaking . To be absolutely perfect, we just missed the internet (broken due to bad weather), and the description would also benefit from being more accurate (a single room with double beds and not two as the photos suggest, and the heating to be paid in addition while not clearly shown on the French translation of the listing ). Claudia was very accommodating and offered us the heating costs in compensation for internet concerns... and she was always very responsive!

Beautiful home, host is very quick to respond and very very friendly. It was very helpful with such a big, multi cultural family to have such friendly hosts. We loved the home, gorgeous outdoor area (unlucky for us, it was too cold to use it) in the backyard. Beautiful landscaping, lots of parking, quiet neighborhood. The house is located about 30 minutes east of Rome. We wanted something outside of Rome with peace and quiet and a big kitchen which we did not end up using but it’s perfect for a big family get together like ours. The home itself is stunning, very comfortable and beautiful decorated. Furniture is gorgeous, all amenities were available for our group. Our hostess Laura delivered cards for us on Christmas Day, which I thought was very kind and accommodating on check out day. We will definitely return! Highly recommend!

This is a beautifully designed house, close to everything but also far away from the city so you can really relax. Giorgio is kind and thoughtful and very knowledgeable. We absolutely recommend this place for an enjoyable vacation in Rome.
