Vacation rentals with breakfast in Monti, Rome

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Host has very responsive and helpful. Location is AMAZING! Steps from St. Peter’s Square. Highly recommend this location and would definitely return.

We had an amazing experience in Rome, and staying at Giulia’s apartment truly made it even more special. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

The apartment is smaller, but very cozy. Great hot tub with adjustable lighting. Very comfortable bed, we didn't even want to get up. 🙂 20 min to the subway, but who wouldn't walk in Rome, so I also take the location quite well. The host is great, he can offer something extra. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend. 👌✌️✌️

We were very happy with our accommodation near Rome. There were direct bus connections into the city, which made getting around easy. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was available either at the large Lidl parking lot nearby (though it was often quite full), but we were lucky to find a spot right next to the apartment. Madelyn was very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We can highly recommend this place!

very clean apartment and as described. Giuliana "pampered" me with small details that make a difference (dishwashing kit, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo showers, and more options for tasting sweets, savory, and herbal teas/coffee. I felt less alone and at home! Thanks Giuliana, I will definitely be back. Only flaw...little water from the taps, but maybe they were working on the line? Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment was as described in the listing. Alessandro is a super host, always attentive to all the details, very easy to communicate with him and very kind to get us round-trip transportation to the airport.

I absolutely loved our stay at Francesca’s place. She was very kind, met us at the apartment and supplied us with snacks after our long travel day. She is very responsive and will help you with anything you need. FABULOUS location!!

Totally the same as the description and photos. You have to climb some stairs but it's worth it because the location is perfect. You are a few minutes walk from the most important monuments. There are also good places to have a drink, eat, Good atmosphere. Unbeatable.

Me and my family of 10 rented this place for about a week and had a nice time. The neighborhood was wonderful to stay in and there was so much to do. We could walk everywhere! Emmanuel was there to greet us each morning with breakfast and was very kind to work with. I’d stay here again but I would make note that if you rent the entire place there isn’t a common area to spend time together :)

I only stayed one night at Claudio's, but I can assure you that everything is perfect. He and Valeria are two very available people. Highly recommended

We had a 5 star experience at Silvia's place. The location was amazing, the room was super clean, it has its own privacy and it has all the amenities that are needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia is very responsive, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had.

This place is a perfect spot for exploring Trastevere and Rome! I missed meeting Laura in person, but she was great at communicating and providing local recommendations. I definitely recommend Laura’s place!
