On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes.
