Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

If you are looking to spend a few days exploring Orvieto, this is the perfect location! It is within easy walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops & the attractions. Highly recommend parking down below at the train station & taking the funicular up. You can take a shuttle from the funicular to the duomo for a small fee & walk from there. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit & location.

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

Beautiful view from the roof terrace, spacious, very beautiful. Minus: high and unmarked tree in the kitchen. Please beware!

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

In Maria Ida and Alessandro's apartment, we immediately felt at home. There was everything you could need and plenty of space for two people. The terrace and balcony were still our favorite places to sit in the fresh air and hear the birds singing. Alessandro was extremely hospitable and helpful. We will gladly return.

This place is so beautiful.The most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We have a late check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. This place is very, very beautiful, whether it is the equipment, decoration, environment, or view, it is very amazing, great value for money, very, very good.

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

a good welcome, availability and kindness. the house is as presented, in a very quiet area. there is the possibility of parking in the street near the house. the village is nice, it is an hour or max two by car to reach other villages that are much better known.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

Incredible farmhouse in a very quiet place. The outdoor space is really huge and perfect for our setter who hasn't stopped for a minute. Really great solution for those who have a dog as the space is huge and completely fenced. Then, well, the house needs no further description, the photos speak for themselves. A strategic area for visiting the beautiful neighboring areas of Umbria and Lazio. Letizia is a very helpful, kind and super responsive host. Thank you! I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

We cannot say enough good things about Tracey and her beautiful Casa Braeside. The house is cozy and just gorgeous, and it was plenty spacious for us (family of 5) and had everything we needed and then some. It stayed cool in the summer heat thanks to thick walls and solid window shutters (plus A/C in case we needed it). The kids loved the pool, and we were all mesmerized by the fireflies at night. I appreciated the multiple places to sit outside. There are always at least one or two outdoor seating areas in the shade at any given time of day. And there’s a hammock! We loved the tranquility: the only things that made noise were the birds singing in the morning, a few summer thunderstorms, and our own kids, ha. The view of the town above is something straight from a postcard. The recommendations for restaurants were detailed and much appreciated. We loved exploring the unspoiled and hardly touristed surroundings. And the property manager is excellent & answered all our questions. 100%!

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.
