Luxury rentals in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina

Our group of 9 had the privilege of staying in Vittoria's beautiful place for 5 nights in October. The villa has recently been completely updated and has everything a large group could ask for! Plenty of space, en suite bathrooms and outstanding views of Tuscany! The property is beautifully maintained and includes an olive tree orchard. Check in was seamless. Vittoria greeted us upon arrival and was available via text or What's App for any questions we had during our stay. Meri (the housekeeper) arrived each morning to tidy the villa. For an additional fee, Meri was happy to prepare breakfast. The villa is located about 25 minutes from Montepulciano and 30-35 minutes from Pienza. There are 2 grocery stores within 10-15 minutes (PAM and Coop). They had everything we needed to prepare wonderful group dinners in the villa. The views from the huge covered terrace and the backyard are just amazing. Highly encourage cocktails out back during sunset!

Amazing, incredible, peaceful, words can’t describe how unique this place is. Made even more so by the exceptional service before and during our stay. A truly magical stay. We came to celebrate our wedding with 25 friends and family, renting both the castle and Tower. Before our stay Zenaide organized so many things for us, transfers, trips to Florence and Rome, catering, cooking classes and an amazing truffle hunt in the magnificent grounds. Nothing was too much trouble and she is an amazing host. Marcella provided a wonderful greeting and was there every day to help and support us, even ringing in pizza orders to compensate for our lack of Italian. All the rooms are lovely, with air con in every space and great places to relax quietly if you want some peace. We also found we cycled through the multiple spaces; pool, back patio, courtyard through the day with the full group. Each giving a different but very relaxing feel. We heard the Tower is going to be redeveloped into luxury suites over the winter 2022/23 and august am sure it will be of the same magnificent standard as the castle, but with the added advantage of the views across the valley, as the tower is a little further up the hill than the castle. Overall, a magical place made spectacular by the service and attention to detail. Can’t wait to go back!

It was a true pleasure to stay at this villa. Carlotta was a gracious host and the staff at the Estate were super responsive and very helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful!

A group of 7 friends just spent a wonderful week at Villa Beneficio. I have stayed in many AirBnBs around the world and the quality of service we received there was outstanding. Weeks before our arrival, we were in communication with Valentina and Tanjot, and they made sure that everything was ready for us. From organizing gravel bikes and e-bikes, delivered to the Villa, to a cooking class with Daniela and a visit to the cheese farm, everything was taken care of. One member of the group had a medical emergency during the week and they did everything they could to help him. Every day started with Natasha's delicious breakfast and cappuccinos. The pool area is beautiful with a view of Montepulciano in the background. We had a great time and hope to go back one day.

We absolutely loved staying there and after 4 weeks it felt like home to us. Lavinia was amazing, friendly and always helpful. We will definitely go back and stay again. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful spot where Umbria flexes her beauty. Go see it for your self…
