Gianluca is a great host. He accommodated our check in as our flight was earlier than the listed check-in time. The apartment was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. All appliances and fixtures were in perfect working condition. It was worth the money.

Absolutely beautiful place! I traveled with my partner and we loved it. We had 3 full days in Rome and went to the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Piazza Navona, the Colosseum, restaurants, gelato, etc. It was outside of the main part of the city… so you have to metro or take the bus to get to the “big” sites. But we loved how peaceful it was and how we could be in a more authentic area of Italian life. Great restaurants and coffee shops and gelato right there on the corner of the street! Great vibe in the apartment, with air conditioning and ability to do laundry.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment located near the Spanish Steps! The location was absolutely perfect—central, safe, and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The apartment itself was stylish, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we booked, Ilaria was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Communication was seamless throughout, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

We had an amazing experiencing with Evi and this Airbnb! Instructions were very clear and a sheet was waiting for us that told us exactly what she recommended for local restaurants, convenient stores, transit, and anything else we could think of. Métro and Bus lines are close, and there are many restaurants a short five minute walk away.

Top notch apartment centrally located in Rome. Walkable to all major sights, close to great restaurants, and a grocery store. Amazing views over the ruins from the terrace. Great for people watching with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Apartment is small, but has everything you need, and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which was nice after several very hard Italian beds at other stays.

If you are looking for accommodation that is close to all historical monuments. Look no further. This is the right one.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is lovely, bigger than we thought from the photos. It overlooks a big courtyard/garden and is amazingly quiet considering the location -- so close to the Trevi Fountain and all the surrounding tourist activity (we were there in June.) It was a real oasis when we returned from all the activities of our stay. We really enjoyed it!

The apartment is perfect, very clean, new. The host's attention was more than perfect, outstanding. A thousand little details that make the difference to excellence. Next to the San Pietro station, for us a very good location outside but next to the tourist circuit. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it. Thanks Catherine!

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. I appreciate everything so much.!!! Grazie a Mille!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
