Приезжали на две ночи,всё очень понравилось В квартире есть все необходимые удобства. Есть кофе,чай и что больше всего поразило ,было много мучного,молоко,соки,джемы,масло Нам всё очень понравилось Небольшой минус-очень слышны звуки из самого подъезда,когда кто-то заходит,выходит

Me and my family of 10 rented this place for about a week and had a nice time. The neighborhood was wonderful to stay in and there was so much to do. We could walk everywhere! Emmanuel was there to greet us each morning with breakfast and was very kind to work with. I’d stay here again but I would make note that if you rent the entire place there isn’t a common area to spend time together :)

We had a 5 star experience at Silvia's place. The location was amazing, the room was super clean, it has its own privacy and it has all the amenities that are needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia is very responsive, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had.

Fantastic location, friendly, amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We will stay with Andrea again if we ever return to Rome.

Es un gran lugar para quedarte, ya que es un punto estratégico. Hay capillas muy lindas a 2 min caminando. El desayuno aunque es algo simple, el pan es delicioso. Sin duda un gran lugar para hospedarse.

This place was wonderful! The apartment is very nice and with amenities. It is very clean and tidy. The Host was really friendly and proactively introduced us the tourist spots and nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The Host is really friendly. The apartment is also near to tourist attractions and metro stations, just 10mins walk to metro station, or 15mins walk to Termini. I would recommend this apartment if you travel to Rome!

Alloggio situato nella zona di Trastevere, molto facile da raggiungere e in posto davvero pieno di localini e di vita notturna e diurna. Diomira e il marito sono simpatici gentilissimi e molto disponibili, abbiamo parlato della nostra comune passione: i viaggi. consigliatissimo!!!!

Marzia’s apartment was fantastic! Highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located near the Vatican City, providing easy access to restaurants and various historical sites like the Colosseum and museums. Definitely recommend it, and it’s also a safe area.

Very convenient location as we were a block away from Rome Termini and took the train many times during our stay. Many restaurants nearby. The biggest perk is the breakfast - a pastry, yogurt and coffee were provided every morning from 8-10 and were delicious!

Orietta is a great host! She was accommodating of our end of day check in and before breakfast check out. The space was beautiful and clean, and right next to the beach! I wish we had more time here and had been able to join everyone for breakfast, but we loved the space for the evening we had and would stay here again. Totally recommend

El lugar estaba tal cual como se lo presenta en la app. Los anfitriones fueron muy cordiales y amables. El alojamiento quedaba a una corta caminata de lugares de interes como el coliseo, la Fontana di Trevi, el panteón. Y un plus que tiene es que por $5 nos lavaron y secaron ropa que quedó impecable.

Nous étions très heureuses d’avoir la chance de séjourner une deuxième fois dans ce gîte exceptionnel. Nous adorons tout de cet endroit: l’accueil chaleureux et très sympathique de Francesca, le logement impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé et sa situation particulièrement stratégique pour visiter Rome (à deux pas de la gare Roma Termini et des principaux attraits, personnellement, nous faisons TOUT à pieds). Nous quittons avec l’espoir d’y revenir dès que possible et recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter.

房子离地铁站很近，离市区也不远，比住酒店大，房东很好，我们提前了一会到还给我们寄存了行李，并介绍了主要景点和一些美食，我们去吃了罗马的东西觉得不错。谢谢房东的出租。

Apartamento muy agradable, con muchos detalles. Te dejan muchos productos para el desayuno, zumos leche, pan... En la habitacion dulces, agua. Muy detallistas y acogedores. Buen barrio, tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido muy bien. Si volvemos a Roma volveremos alli . Buena relacion calidad precio. Aunque no está en el centro la comunicacion con el tranvia a Termini es buena.

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Alloggio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort e corrispondeva alle informazioni indicate. Bagno spazioso e alloggio pulito.. inoltre offre anche il servizio di colazione .

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot

I needed to stay in the area as I was working in Parco della Musica. Gianluca’s apartment was fantastic for this in every way. It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a 5 minutes walk from the music venue. The apartment was even better than described, very clean and came with plenty of snacks and breakfast food. The room had a smart TV and very good wifi. Gianluca has a deal with a great local cafe and restaurant which gets 10% off your bill (make sure to tell the restaurant at the start that you have the discount). The room was very clean and the bathroom very modern. The best part was meeting Peach, his little dog. She’s very friendly and lovely. Gianluca was always super responsive, even in the late evenings. We will defiantly be staying here again the next time I’m at the Parco della Musica.
