Cabin vacation rentals in Monarch Mountain

Our stay at this ranch was such an incredible experience. The view is spectacular, the food was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the staff was extremely kind and gracious with our young kids!

We loved our time on the ranch! We got massages and went on a horseback ride and both were fantastic experiences. All of the staff were friendly and responsive and the surroundings were gorgeous.

After numerous attempts to try and contact Haylie, I was informed by the property manager Mark that Haylie is no longer the Host of this listing. Julie the concierge was very helpful and was able to provide the information we needed to plan our visit. Julie explained that since we had booked the cabin through Airbnb we were limited to eating only one meal inside the Clubhouse. Other meals would have to be delivered to us inside our cabin. Julie informed us that there wasn't a stove inside the cabin and that preparing meals for ourselves wasn't going to be an option. The photos of the listing showed a large gas stovetop, therefore I had planned to cook meals. Troy was an amazing field guide for Sporting Clays. He gave us the professional and individual attention that we had anticipated. We enjoyed shooting and felt safe and prepared at each of the 7 stations. Our 5 course Christmas Eve dinner inside the Clubhouse was exquisite. The service, presentation, and food were amazing.

Worked great for my wife's birthday, great kitchen, plenty of space, and great surroundings.

Great location right on the creek. Close to brew pubs and small grocery store. Nice and cozy place with TV and wifi.

This place is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for a five star place; not for you. They are still working on it. However, it has everything needed for a quiet night away. It is right along the road. The only traffic we seen was 2 side by sides. We were there while it was still pretty winterized. We had do do a few extra steps for water but not a big deal to us. I can't wait to see it after completed.

This is a truly beautiful property. We loved swimming and fishing at the river and ate every meal on the back porch and just enjoyed the quiet and watching the wildlife. The host was very responsive and helpful with answering questions and helping us plan our trip. This property is very remote, which we loved. But just know you're about 45 minutes from a gas station or grocery store, so you'll need to plan ahead. You do need four wheel drive to get to the cabin, but you meet the property manager and follow her to the cabin so it's not hard to find or a bad drive or anything. This is a really special place, there aren't many places left in the world where you can go and truly get away, even camping in the woods you'll come across other hikers or campers. If you're looking for a rustic getaway, and some time to be truly disconnected from the world, you don't need to look any further.

This cabin was a so well appointed with everything we could’ve needed. The pond and animals were so fun to watch. The hosts made it such a relaxing, beautiful retreat and I can’t wait to stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating and I would highly recommend this gem.

This is such an amazing place and well worth the travel into the cabin. I didn’t see another human from the time I left my truck till 3 days later when I came out! Listening to the elk bugle in the evenings was great. Plenty of trails to Hike and the cabin has everything you need so just bring your food and relax. I hope to return next season!!

My 2nd time here, I love these cabins ! It’s close to town but really feels like you’re out of town. Great view off the awesome deck. Cold night but the place was toasty warm. Super clean …. Will be back!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It was even more awesome than the pictures show. I had a couple simple questions and June was super helpful right away! It was surprisingly refreshing to not have cell phone coverage. There is WiFi at the lodge so “checking in” on things if needed is easily done. I can’t wait to go back in the summer!! This cabin is amazing, nestled on a ranch outside of town in the hills. The lakes/river are nearby to drive to, otherwise, it’s cozy and quiet as we wanted. The outdoor shower option, firepit and horses in the backyard are all wonderful touches that make this place a must for anyone in the area.

Wonderful Stay, sure enjoyed the nicely appointed home.

Boo's place is the perfect getaway if you are wanting some peace and relaxation and to unplug. I loved the history of the cabin and all the birds.

I've spent a lot of time in the area so already knew what to expect and where this cabin was. Cabin was very clean and ready for our arrival. Zach was very courteous in reminding me there was no cell service in the area, so I needed to be prepared to check in and access the wifi for external communications. We went in the winter and expected to have to walk into the neighborhood; that expectation was correct. Driving up the access road to this place in the winter has some difficulties, so be prepared. Snowmobile and ski access are very easy and would rent again. Neighbors are also super kind and helpful if there are any issues, like getting your truck stuck with a jack-knifed trailer at the top of the hill. Cabin was very nice; big wood burning fireplace, central air, fridge, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, and laundry facilities in house. Front walkway was a bit slippery during afternoon snowmelt. Would most definitely re-rent this place.

The cabin is fabulous and Mary is the perfect hostess. This is our third year coming and we will be back next year! Being able to walk through the back yard right to the river and wade fish is definitely a bonus!
