Magnificent stay in the pleasant setting of the Battegone farm! The house offers every comfort and privacy; the amenities and impeccable cleanliness and the hospitality reserved for us by the host was unique and precious. Paolo was very welcoming and helpful to us. The house is equipped with everything you need for a stay and Paolo also provided us with pasta, sauce, fruit and a distillate of their own production, which we enjoyed! In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Saverio's house is a small oasis of tranquility in the beautiful setting of Lake Trasimeno. The apartment is very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with all the essentials. Saverio is a super helpful, kind and quick to respond host. I definitely recommend staying at the Perla del Lago!
