We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

A lovely few nights at The Salt Shack. Great location for beach fun. Karen’s communications were spot on and very quick. The facilities are great , clean, modern and stylish. The cupboards are well equipped with all you’ll need. Local shops and cafes are close and plentiful. We especially enjoyed Billy’s on the beach for its menu , service and Sufy vibe. Our granddaughter loved the sand play area and the outside surfboard shower with hit water ! Kurfürstendamm venture to this area and will be back for more I’m sure.

Our party of 6 were all very happy with our stay. Very comfortable, very well equipped, lovely garden. Highly recommended.

You couldn’t wish for a better location than a minute’s walk from arguably the most beautiful beach in southeast England. We were invited to check in early on a sunny day and arrived to find milk thoughtfully provided. Comfortable sofas and bed, and a secluded garden. We’ll bring small children next time!

We booked Poets with some friends for the weekend and were not disappointed, the accommodation looked like the photos and it was well equipped. There is parking for two cars. It is in a rural location with fabulous walks literally on the doorstep, we walked in the nature reserve making it up to the top to take in the views on Shoulder of Mutton and then saw the Poets stone on the way back down, the dogs had a fabulous time. We walked into Steep and found the waterfall but chose to drive to the pub (the Cricketers was particularly friendly). We BBQ'd in the back garden and enjoyed the board games in the evenings before making the most of the dark skies. Alex was very responsive, checking in on day one to make sure we were settled and then responding quickly when we needed something over the weekend. I would certainly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

We had a fabulous stay in this spacious, comfortable and stylish home. Everything was exactly as described and more. Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Catharine was an amazing host and Driftwood is absolutely beautiful in a perfect setting for our group get together. The hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help, even accommodating an earlier check in for us. Could not recommend this stunning home enough!

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

This is truly a wonderful tranquil space in which both my wife our dog and I really enjoyed. Ros was super helpful from our check in right until we left. Unfortunately, due to other commitments we didn't stay in the property as long as we would have liked as we were out and about. We would certainly be very happy chilling out here for longer periods of time. The place is tastefully decorated and no expense has been spared with all the lovely fixtures, fittings and decor. It is also lovely to wake up to the sound of nature with the pond around the corner. A lot of wildlife live here, where you'll find ducks and herons in their lovely habitat. Thanks for all your help Ros, and we hope to see you soon again on our next visit.

Diane's accommodation was peacefully situated, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed linens were fresh and tidy, and the bed itself was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a restful night's sleep. All the listed amenities were available, and I appreciated the relaxing environment during several nights while working away from home.

Thank you for having us at this beautiful apartment, the location was so lovely - in a quiet, gorgeous lane away from it all, but walkable to the local village pub and to Midhurst where we walked down to a restaurant for dinner, the apartment was stunning, light and felt very spacious due to the high ceilings, brilliant layout gave lots of light & privacy, courtyard garden was perfect for our dog - as were the lovely local walks. It was particularly welcoming in how well equipped it was, I’d thoroughly recommend this apartment and we’d love to stay again

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

What a beautiful place to stay. It really was so relaxing and stress free. Our hosts were so easy, accommodating and generous in what they offer in terms of letting us explore and wander around the grounds. They welcomed our Labrador and he loved playing with their puppy. The accommodation was comfortable and stylish and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for us to visit Petworth, Bosham, Arundel and Midhurst. We would love to return and can’t recommend it highly enough… just PERFECT
