Enjoy a thoroughly relaxing time at Fairwater Lodges with only 2 lodges on site, free off-road parking and fishing lake with truly beautiful walks and countryside surroundings. A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Winters lodge is an attractive, detached, timber framed, single storey holiday lodge standing in a beautiful 1.5 acre plot. A nature lovers paradise: from the spacious and comfortable open plan living area you can spend all day relaxing and watching the many species of duck on the ponds through the picture windows. In the summer the patio area beckons for sundowners at sunset. Whatever the season the natural beauty and serenity provides the perfect scenic getaway.
