Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and futon sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Apartment A spacious self-contained apartment joining the main house. Lovely country views, ideal for either a quiet getaway, exploring the Devon countryside or business trip. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
