This magical architect´s design/owned beach house is set inside a seventy years old same local private family compound with only four summer houses in it. Settled between five acres of private coconut palms to the south backyard and the Gulf of Mexico emerald green waters. The house hosts a unique permanent exhibit of the owners´ passion for collecting maritime treasures from colonial Spanish 16th century artifacts as well as contemporary quality decor plus real navigational charts.

Our house has a modern, angular and cool design, mainly due to its 10 feet high ceilings and the materials used in the construction. With towering floor to ceiling windows and a roof top terrace, the house not only has very luminous glorious spaces but also has a triple play of views: Sea, Laguna and the village. Everything you imagine a beach house should offer you find here, the perfect place for a holiday, located at a very tranquil beach location.

The "Casa de los Columpios" is a beautiful oceanfront house, a quiet place to relax or vacation. Enjoy sunsets from the deck or swinging on the wonderful wooden swings feeling you "fly over the sea" . The house is located in a privileged location 3 minutes from the center of Chicxulub in a very quiet area. It has three bedrooms overlooking the sea, bathroom, climates, fans and internet.

Cuenta con cuatro habitaciones todas con baño ,climas y ventilador . Dos de las habitaciones dan a un balcón con vista al mar. Se permite fumar en las Terrazas y áreas externas de la casa . No se permite fumar en el interior
