Thank you for this really nice stay at your place. We enjoyed it so much. Everything was great and clean. Housekeepenig service every day. Tasty breakfast but same everyday. Clean pool with nice and calm surroundings. Close to the beach (like 4-5 minutes) and to the village (3-4 minutes).

My stay here was great. It's a walking distance to the Kuza caves. It's on the beach and the pool is heated, so you can swim at night. Loved the sea view from the room. The breakfast is awesome too, with a variety. Overall it's a very good place I'd highly recommend.

Very nice stay with a beautiful beach nearby. Little explanation if you don't ask questions but the staff were nice and the accommodation was really nice.

The best managed airbnb I have stayed at! If you are looking for a less touristy spot in Zanzibar, and a place to unwind, walk the beach, chill in the beautiful garden, dip and cool in the pool and enjoy tasty meals, this is your place. We stayed with our two year old and she enjoyed the surrounding, the beachfront and exploring the sea puddles at low tide. We’d happily return as soon as we get the chance. Thank you, Lisa and team

Kimte was our first home (out of a total of 4 stays of the 2-week trip). Already on site, we liked it very much, and also looking back, Kimte was the best accommodation of the trip for us. Especially great was the whole team, our homemade sleeping place outside in the hanging bed, a delicious colorful breakfast - including bread and juice, which was not always the case elsewhere. Also the location was perfect for us - a bit quieter from the otherwise lively beach, of course stayed and yet with the best place with sea views from the bar. Also retroactively worth mentioning: we always had electricity and water, which was not always the case elsewhere. Thank you for the great start to our vacation and the wonderful time at your place. If we travel to Zanzibar again one day, we will come back to Kimte <3

It was a pleasure to be at Dr. Thuraiya’s Mtitu House. Beautiful House with everything you need. It provides both living space and advantages of a hotel like Housekeeping. Dr. Thuraiya is a lovely person and always very kind and helpful in any occasions. Thanks for making my stay during my elective internship comfortable :)

Dr. Thuraiya’s place definitely gave a homey feel while in Dar. She particularly went above and beyond to make my stay even better by making local recommendations for items, setting up an airport pickup even though I asked last minute. Her staff were also so nice and having the cafe was a plus.

Very big room with much needed private bathroom which was nice. The patio and the backyard were so lovely. Also, the Green Bean Cafe adjacent to the house was a must and we are lucky they make amazing coffees there.

Dr Thuraiya and her on site staff were extremely helpful during the entirety of the stay. They were able to assist us and gave us very clear and helpful instruction when we first checked in. They have done a good job converting the rooms of the house and there is a bakery/cafe adjacent to the property. Their security is reinforced via a security dog and the the locality is very safe. All in all, the living setup was really good and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Upanga/Dar es Salaam.

I had an amazing stay in this room. I was here for a month and it was far too short! Location is great close to the hospital, gym and restaurants and grocery stores. The staff are so lovely and you feel safe at all times. I loved my room- the photos do not do it justice. Would highly recommend. Dr Thuraiya is a great host always reachable and happy to help if any problems arise.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and in a perfect area. The room and shared spaces were very clean and very nice. The host gave very good recommendations and was always available for any questions. Our stay was overall a 10/10 experience and would recommend this Airbnb to everyone I know!

I had a lovely stay with Saidi and his wife! They will both welcome you heartily, show you around, share recommendations and will make sure you stay goes smoothly. Their house is very welcoming and lovely decorated. You are 5-7’ min away from the beach with plenty of options around a to shop or dine out. Go there without any afterthought if you want a little corner of peace and genuine interaction with your hosts 😊

We felt very much at home in Jacob's beautiful and relaxed space. For breakfast all guests were sitting at a big table on the porch which gave great opportunities to chat and exchange ideas. The host was happy to satisfy all our needs even for my 8-year old boy. The sanitary installations were simple but perfectly sufficient. A stone throw from the beach, but yet it felt like a quiet hideout. I loved to do my morning gymnastics on the balcony with view to the sea and my boy played happily in the sand in the garden, chasing lizzards and discovering other little animals. We even had a birds nest with little chicks under the roof, we heard them peeping and could observe the parents providing food every day. It was the perfect place to start the new year and recharge our energies with peace and happiness.

I really enjoyed it at the Ananasi! Nice quiet location, close to the great beach. But not far from the nightlife - get great tips from the owners. The personal contacts with Boda Boda riders also helped me a lot. A super cool place to relax or work on vacation. And a fresh juicy every morning 👌

This spot at Garden Beach Bungalows was an absolute gem! The room was super clean and comfortable. The attached bar/restaurant, Lost Soles, was exactly what we were looking for with food, drinks, and vibe. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The property itself has close access to the beach while also being slightly tucked away for privacy. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone hoping to explore Jambiani.
