Amy was a great host. Her apartment was exactly what she has described it. Very very clean and located at great surroundings. Amy was very responsive throughout our stay she would respond to our messages instantly. She was also very accommodating with our asks and this made us all feel like home. Each bathroom had all the necessary amenities including the kitchen and bedrooms. A very friendly and understanding person. My family had a great time and we plan to revisit again. Very nice and calm place in Oyster Bay. Online Maps seem to have the road name wrong (Yasser Arafat Road instead of Mkwawa Road). Maybe it was recently changed. The apartment is in the same building complex as the Amigos Restaurant (behind it), where you can also have lunch, dinner or a drink in the evening. The apartment at ground level is very well equipped with the kitchen, TV and office desk. It is very spacious and I felt right at home. There is a 24/7 security and electric fence, so no reason to feel uncomfortable. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. You can reach your private balcony with pool view through the bedroom and living room. In front of the entrance, there are often motorcycles or bajajis waiting, or you can take a bolt or uber. To coco beach, you can even walk. I would definitely come back here!

Great location. Easy to get to Slipway - 25 min walk or 5 min Bejaje ride. Lovely restaurants in the area. The apartment is clean and comfortable and ideal for families needing 3 bedrooms. Lots of room for kids to run around and nice pool which is shaded. Very secure surroundings. Internal decor is dated and bedding could be updated but overall great value and attentive host.

We booked the Villa for short stay and honestly felt like your time slowed down, which was so needed! So much peace and really private. Every corner had something for everyone whether it’s the pool, bonfire, which we enjoyed with S’mores, Jacuzzi, basketball and trampoline set up! It was an unreal experience and already talking about revisiting! The place made us feel right at home, so spacious. If you need somewhere to relax, this is the place! The host and helpers were very active and responsive. Helped us with all our inquiries. Thankyou so much! It exceeded our expectations.

My family of 5 recently visited Dar for a wedding and stayed at Helen's place. The place is just as described in the listing. Pristine single family accommodation. Very spacious, clean, secured, and beautiful. Most of the listing's in Dar happens to beautiful places with poor accessibility due to bad road. Helen's place is just a couple of minutes off the main road which was great. The house was so welcoming, that for most of the time we just stayed in the house instead of venturing into the Dar traffic jams. Every amenity listed was available. We did not experience any interruption of service - be it electricity, internet, or water. As a host, Helen is extraordinary. She goes above any beyond to make her guests very special and she is available 24/7, with recommendations as to where and how to get stuff done. I will certainly be using this place anytime I am visiting Dar. Highly recommended. Our stay was beautiful.

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Our stay was good; and Nanyorri was very responsive to any needs we had or concerns we expressed. The neighborhood is peaceful but there is not much activity in this area. So, you have to use Uber or get a driver to take you around. This should not be too difficult. There is a mini supermarket in adjoining building, so you can get some everyday snacks and food items.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Martha's apartment is indeed a home.....sparkling clean, all basics in place, good location, well secured, quick response in communication and in times we needed support . I must mention, the co-host (Vicky) is as well very supportive and there is a competent maintenance team in place in case of challenges. I strongly believe no one would regret staying at Martha's place.
