We booked the Villa for short stay and honestly felt like your time slowed down, which was so needed! So much peace and really private. Every corner had something for everyone whether it’s the pool, bonfire, which we enjoyed with S’mores, Jacuzzi, basketball and trampoline set up! It was an unreal experience and already talking about revisiting! The place made us feel right at home, so spacious. If you need somewhere to relax, this is the place! The host and helpers were very active and responsive. Helped us with all our inquiries. Thankyou so much! It exceeded our expectations.

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

Wow is all I have to say the size of this place was just what me and my friends needed, and the roof top was just perfect place for all of us to hang out and have our drinks you can hear the beach waves, this place is a Gem and would recommend anybody so we will be coming back

We had an amazing stay once again! The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, which makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The host is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. Mango house is a great place and more then that. Diana is a great host and more then that. Is like staying home. Staff are very sweet and help you with what you want and what ever questions you have you get quick answers. I really recommend Mango House.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Peaceful and lovely environment. 5 minutes drive to the Mall. Public transport is readily available. The place is very secure and serene. Philip has been super helpful, always responsive. 😊. I highly recommend the place.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

Andrew was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. The WiFi signal was very strong and it’s internet super fast. The water heater was working fine and the air conditioning was working as well. The house was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the washrooms. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would definetly stay here again!

Grace was the most welcoming and kind host, our flight was delayed by many hours but she still met us and kindly offered us help with a local taxi she arranged. We were a family of 6 the home was more than perfect, bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen, living room and dining area are all perfect for a family our size! Grace truly made us feel at home and any worries we had she was only a text message away. It was our first time in dar es salaam but we weren’t worried or scared staying there at all, there was a security guard at night so that gave us an extra feeling of security when staying at the air bnb. The home comes with most of what you’ll need for your stay, fresh bedding, towels, cooking equipment and more. We hope to visit one day again and we would definitely stay at graces lovely home again :)

The house is large and tastefully furnished and offers enough space to feel comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the huge terrace and big garden. Communication with Judica was nice and helpful. Many thanks to Judica for helping us on short notice to arrange sleeping accomodations for more people than originally announced. The ocean with beautiful beaches is very close and the city center can be reached in roughly 30 - 40 mins.

A modern and neat house in a quiet neighbourhood. The host's responsiveness and good communication made may six day stay a memorable one.

This is my third stay at Aidah's place and as always i had a pleasant stay...this place gets better with every visit, this time i found a beautiful garden and outdoor sitting area that made my stay even better. If you looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable stay with the hosts (Aidah & Shaaban) going above and beyond to make your stay at its best, this is the place for you! I will visit again...this is a home for me and my family in Dar es salaam.

Justa and her staff were amazing hosts! They far exceeded the normal Airbnb expectations. Justa's place is exactly as she described it. We were a group of 5 and wanted privacy in a safe and clean environment, and that is exactly what we found in Justa's house. Her staff took very good care of us and met all of our needs. I strongly recommend Justa's home for anyone or large groups looking for a clean and fully functional home for their stay in Dar. Just a is very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. I will definitely stay at Justa's home again during my next trip to Dar es Salaam. Thank you Just a for inviting us to enjoy your beautiful and spacious home. By the way, Helena is an excellent cook. Ally is a kind and pleasant host. He does not live on-site, but is easy to reach by WhatsApp or Airbnb. The apartment is what we call a duplex in the US. A one floor, two family house, with separate entrances. All the necessary items were available, with AC and ceiling fan in master bedroom. The location is close some small shops where you can buy snacks, fruit and vegetables, soft drinks, drinking water, beer, and some liquor. There is a small outdoor cafe, a barber, and an outdoor pub just a 3-4 min walk. All the neighbors are kind and friendly, and all spoke English when I was there. There are two hospitals close by, one large new one 5-10 min walk, with Ambulance. Boda Boda are easy to get. Bajaji are not as easy, even though there are many going past on a main community road. Because, they always seem full, until you get in to village. There is a large outdoor bar and grill (Hilton) a 10 minute walk. The closest supermarket (small) is 1.7km, with the closest milk and ice cream I could find. There is a swimming pool within 2km, located with another bar and grill. Not many ATMs in the area. The easiest way to find it is by putting Dalarna Lounge (closed) into Google Maps and it will take you straight there.
