Beautiful home. Very well maintained. Host was very communicative. Check in was a breeze. Absolutely loved our stay and would stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location is perfection! The communication was great and there is so much space (and extra blankets) which we loved as a family of 5! There was also a ton of little games and toys which was much appreciated and you can’t beat being right on the beach!

I must say, as many AirBnb's as I have stayed in, this one was far and away the most thoughtfully stocked in every aspect than any other I have ever been in! I usually travel with my "AirBnB Bag" which has some of the items that I would normally use/want during a stay but most places never seem to have most of them and certainly not all of them....well, much to my surprise and delight, if I could think of something that I needed or wanted to have available during my stay, it was there! From the most well equipped kitchen with actual sharp steak knives that I could cut my steak with to every utensil you would ever reach for not to mention a large assortment of pots &pans and even small storage containers for the leftovers! I never had to even look at my "AirBnB Bag" the entire stay! The bathrooms were beautiful and again, offered everything you need and no shortage of toilet paper which is usually the case at most places! All in all, the best place to stay bar none! Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

Lovely little street next to the beach walkable to the ocean within less than five minutes. Great neighbors, and lovely people renting downstairs the upper deck where we were was great and had great views you could see sun rise and the beautiful moon. The beach was great and it wasn't overcrowded.

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

The Seascape was an amazing property, literally on the beach side of A1A, right off the deck into the sand. very private. The house was roomie and clean. The kitchen and house was well equipped, lots of extras like spices, TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc... which is much appreciated on a trip. The beach was private and not a lot of people, extremely welcome!

We loved the house, it’s in a good location that’s close to everything we wanted to do & see. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. I loved that we had a fridge upstairs and downstairs and that both floors have their own living area. In short it was better than we expected and we probably will stay here again in the future!

Went here for a family trip and all agreed, new family favorite for our yearly get togethers. Incredible location, easy 2 block walk to the beach. Nice park across the street as well as a bonus. But the house is its own oasis, back patio was even better than the pictures. We loved the heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Felt like a private resort. Also close to local attractions, easy drive to St. Augustine sites. The host Derek was very responsive and accommodating. Hoping we can come back again soon!

Jody was great for our friend group of 9 to stay for the weekend. There is plenty of space and the outdoor area is amazing!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Denise thought of absolutely everything. She made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s house. We told her we were celebrating a birthday for our grandson and she left him a gift. So very nice! This house is a must see and a must visit. We would love to stay here again when we are in the St. Augustine area. This was a very good find for us and a diamond in the rough. The outdoor pool and deck area was a magical little wonderland all its own.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! Location was 10/10 - we loved being able to have such a short walk to the beach, which was so quiet and private even during normal spring break time! Driving distance into the historic part of the city was 5-10 minutes, an easy drive. The house was so well appointed, with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and equipment and wagon, and beds that had quality linens and were very comfortable. This was a perfect stay for our family, and we’d highly recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing stay! The house was gorgeous, in a nice location—extremely close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and it was the perfect spot for our family. Jaimie was incredibly responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Great place for a solid group of people. Loved the "beachy" nature of the house. Jodi did a great job communicating and preparing the house for our stay! Would definitely come back.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Great location that is a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard are excellent and the kitchen is top notch! Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It is an easy drive to great shops and restaurants. Our hosts communicated exceptionally well, were very responsive and provided clear instructions before and during our stay. Their recommendations were spot on. LOVED this house and all the amenities. When we come back to the area, this house will be the first we look into!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

Great home for a group! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was a good fit for our group of five adult women. The home is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short cab to elsewhere. Vilano Beach is a bit isolated, so prepare to wait a bit for Uber/Lyft and pay a premium. The hot tub was a nice perk, and we found the space quite livable. Ample supplies (toilet paper, towels, etc.) were provided.

Jack was super kind and responsive!! Beautiful, bright, uncluttered space surrounded by green! Felt like we were tucked away, but close to everything. We drove everywhere and were less than a minute away from multiple restaurants, the grocery store, and public access to the beach. We could have walked to all of those places too if we wanted. Sweet and simple. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!
