Monthly Rentals in Marshall

This house was absolutely perfect for spending the weekend in town for a family wedding! Very clean and comfortable, easily accessible from main roads, and close to everything you’d need in town. Thomas was very responsive and helpful with our needs.

Kashuo was very communicative and friendly. Very responsive and helpful with questions that I had. The house is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are all huge! So much space. It was a large group in town for graduation (with our dogs) and everyone felt like we had plenty of room! We really enjoyed the historic aspect with the personalized family touches present. We loved sitting out back with the gorgeous willow tree as the back drop!

Our stay was peaceful & very close to the local event we were attending on the Marshall Square. The neighbors were also friendly. Shari & Chris were very accommodating & responsive. While the home is older, the books & historical decor gave it a warm & comforting feel. The space was also clean & everything was in good working order. We enjoyed our stay.
