Monthly Rentals in Marina

We stayed in Michelle’s home for 2 months & enjoyed every minute! Michelle is a very kind and an attentive host. Her lovely home is in a beautiful & safe master planned community with walking trails & several parks. The location is a 5- 20 minute drive to Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley, Monterey , golf, the beach and the Monterey Airport & Hwy 1. A nice shopping center is a few minutes away. Her home has an open floor plan with a large kitchen & and family room with a large sliding glass door that opens to the nicely landscaped & turfed back yard with a privacy fence. The beds are very comfortable with a selection of nice linens. The coastal decor is lovely that gives a light & open feeling throughout the house. Michelle goes above & beyond compared to most airbnb’s in that she supply’s most of what you need in the kitchen & bathrooms. We truly appreciate our stay in Michelle’s home & we look forward to returning!

Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

We rented this house for 5 weeks in late July and August because the daughter was in surgery, we wanted the house to be comfortable for us and the baby. From the description and photos, the house was spacious , very well-equipped rooms with TVs with dressing rooms, a special room with games , beautiful bathrooms with dryers with showers and bathtubs , a spacious kitchen with very good equipment , a laundry room with a new washer and dryer , generally a very beautiful clean and well-maintained house both in the middle and in the garden. Very good and quick contact with the owners, very helpful . We are very happy if we would rent again . Highly recommend !!!

My husband and my dog and I stayed for 4 months and a week at Maricela's airbnb in Marina. Throughout our stay, Maricela was helpful and responsive to our requests. But, we didn't need anything! The house was so thoughtfully stocked and labeled. The huge patio and fully fenced yard were wonderfully appointed with grill and chairs for enjoying the naturally air conditioned with sea breeze city of Marina. We walked to the Monterey Bay Rec Trail and to Marina Donuts and Bagels and Locke-Paddon Park too. We met several friendly neighbors in the cul de sac and enjoyed walking our dog to nearby parks and trails. The spacious two car garage was equipped with surfboards and bikes, which we didn't use, but such a nice touch! All of the bedrooms are upstairs--beautifully furnished and finished--as were the two full baths upstairs (there's a nice powder room downstairs, too). Marina is the best kept secret of the Monterey Bay--close to everything and affordable. We highly recommend staying here
