Monthly Rentals in Maricopa

We had an excellent stay. The electronic lock worked like it should (they don't always, I've had more than a few problems with them at other AirBnb locations), the location was excellent, the size and amenities were just what we needed. It's very peaceful with a nice view off the large rear deck. It's close to restaurants and markets. The host was very flexible and understanding to work with when we needed to do a date change, very nice to communicate with etc. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Guillermo and his wife were wonderful hosts! They were super nice and provided amazing hospitality. Their place was definitely a “home away from home”. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. There was a coin-operated machine washer and dryer onsite which was very convenient. Lots of street parking. Safe neighborhood with stores close by. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Bakersfield!

I got sick on the way to LA and Stayed with Jennifer almost for week - her hospitality was more than i could ask for. When she went to the town, she asked if i need any groceries or wanna order food - she picked up lunch for me - will recommend her to any one who wants to have cabin experience and piece of mind:)

The host responded quickly and was very kind, making the check-in process incredibly easy. She thoughtfully provided water bottles, which were a lifesaver in the Bakersfield heat, along with plenty of snacks. The place was spotless and smelled amazing. Overall, a very welcoming and comfortable stay!
